Possibly the worst PPP I’ve ever been to. And I stay on the west side and the service and food over there is immaculate compared to this location. Came in and ordered, 5 Pc wing, salad and drink. Mind you, they are not busy, not in the slightest. Got like 3 parties and ranging from 5-10 people each. The wings took 30 mins. I asked for them extra crispy, they were not crispy. Kinda bummed bc I hardly eat PPP anymore but deff won’t return to this location :,( oh and the workers ain’t worth a chit either. None of them look like they wanna be here. Except the guy who helped me with my wings, a small Edgar who tried to make them more crispy but their oven jus sucks I guess. Anyways. Last time I come here.

We always love our Peter Piper pizza. Unfortunately this time they missed the mark. We order extra large pizza and the toppings were few and far between. This affected the taste of our pizza. We have never had this issue. We spent over 60$ on 2 extra large and 1 small. If I knew so little toppings were given, I would have paid extra. We live in Floresville which is 20 minutes away, so we weren't going to drive back for a fix. Very disappointed.

We went for a school fundraiser for Schenk School, my grandson had so much fun playing games and eating pizza. There were so many people there and they all were having a great time. Our pizzas were excellent and the service was fantastic. Staff members were cleaning up the tables and wiping down the machines regularly. This was my first time here at Peter Pipers, I really enjoyed playing games with my grandson.

I don’t visit Peter pipers much often but today I decided to take my little girl out for her birthday. I had some fun pass cards from previous trips so I asked the video game attendant, Chris, if he could put them on one card for me. My daughter’s school also gave me a coupon for 350 tickets a while back that I never used so I asked if I could use it today. Chris told me that he was unable to take it for whatever reason. It was a couple months old so I didn’t argue; even though it had no print of expiration on it whatsoever. He was unnecessarily rude about it and had an attitude the whole time, I felt he just did not want to deal with me. All was fine until later when my daughter checked her card and it showed he had only won barely 70 tickets; impossible considering the fact that one card had 700 tickets alone. I went back to the counter to find a different man, Sebastian, and brought this problem to his attention. He was very sincere and apologetic and found that the other guy mistakenly transferred all my tickets to the wrong card and threw it away. He thankfully was able to get all my daughter’s tickets back and saved me from a tantrum. I also brought up my coupon from earlier that Chris told me he was NOT able to take and said that there was no reason why they would not be able to honor it. He put everything on the right card and my daughter left ecstatic with over 1000 tickets! Thank you Sebastian for putting a smile on my daughters face and making her birthday a...

Went for the lunch buffet. It appears the brand is the only thing which keeps customers coming. It could be so much better IF: the employees stopped hanging out in a circle and joking around (doing nothing) while the salad bar was a mess and in need of replenishment. about 6 employees backs were facing the customers and pizza ovens as they huddled and socialized. Tables were wiped down carlessly with a wet rag and left as if someone poured water onto the tops. I had to grab several napkins to soak up the liquid. The pepperoni pizza was not replaced on buffet despite several customers asked for pepperoni. I personally think they withheld the pepperoni because whoever is making the pizza does not have to make as many pizzas. Instead customers were told that the pepperoni was in the making. This caused customers to return to their seats as the lunch rush went on. Like killing time. I received an ugly look from one employee when I asked for the empty 1000island to be refilled. I interrupted their social circle session, I guess. It is ridiculous for slack time to happen in the middle of a lunch rush. Sales would jump if these toxic employees were replaced with ones who care about doing their jobs. It could be the mgr is weak and doesn't write up employees. Or the mgr is in on the click. Or the mgr is over worked and the owner does not allow the mgr to fire employees. As a professional, I seen this before in the food industry many...
