Buffalo Outlet San Antonio — Attraction in San Antonio

I really want to like this place (and I’ve come here many times over the past year). The good variety of items that are priced well has kept me coming back. However, I haven’t had very good experiences with the employees working the floor. Most are very aloof and not very friendly. I’ve tried not to let this bother me too much.

Recently I came on Dollar Day in the afternoon. I was browsing through the Dollar Day items and 2-3 employees started putting away the items I was browsing. Didn’t say hi or explained anything. I understand if that happened around closing time, but at 4pm? If this was a restaurant, it would be akin to having my food taken away while I was in the middle of eating it. with such a variety of clothing and sizes i was able to find a last minute outfit that ateee for my new job and for a night out to celebrate!! my experience was made so special by the staff that was there, they made sure that i was able to dress comfortably in the changing room and allowed me to take my time trying on the pieces and directing me towards options in my sizes and style. mika was especially amazing, her radiant energy made me feel so comfortable and she is so kind. i was even inspired by her outfit that she was wearing! i’d definitely go here again and i’m planning to take some of my wardrobe to see how much i could receive for donating! thank y’all again for helping a girl out & all of your attentiveness and care in my...

Nice, pleasant store not quite what expected. Clearance priced but disappointed in selection . Had great experience at the austin exchange regular store just this week. I knew the outlet-which is the same size as usual BE store, would have leftovers discounted, but was entirely filled with employee buying mistakes. If into time is true, universal thread and similar, go for it. Otherwise don't waste your time. We thought we'd spend hundreds. We got nothing.
