Kazazian's Fine Jewelry & Custom Design — Attraction in San Antonio

In trying to find A jeweler who would appraise an engagement ring, I purchased it from a friend I called Kazazian's Fine Jewelry and asked them if they could do the appraisal that I was much needing. When a very courteous lady answered the phone named Hope, she was very professional and very understanding of the expedited appraisal that I needed. When I arrived at the store I was met with such great customer service I was not rushed I was not hounded I was not pushed I was asked how may we SERVE you. The owner took my ring looked at it show me the diamond through the diamond loop showed me the inclusions explained the whole process of what the appraisal consisted of and proceeded to do his magic and ended up showing me some of the most beautiful jewelry custom design work that he created. We even joked about the ring he wears which I admire which is of a skull with a nice diamond ring on the forehead and laughed about it…. but you will have to go to the store to find out what the story is lol. I proceeded to check out and Murphy's law took over my card did not go through because I am transferring from another city in Texas and they understood and I was not judged for my card being declined which was very embarrassing lol. Hope was very understanding and the appraisal was paid for that day without even realizing my letter of appraisal was completed before the date I was expecting. So when she professionally explained the process and the documents that were given to me to give to my insurance, she was so polite the owner came out and we joked and he thanked me for my patronage and I thanked him for his professionalism and expertise. I definitely will come back and have him design the Masonic ring that I've been wanting to have custom-made by someone of his high caliber make for me. Again I cannot express how happy and elated I am with the service and praise value of my ring (my jaw just dropped lol). I rarely write reviews, but this one needed to be shared. We need to support the local business owners and local professionals who support and give to the community, such as KAZAZINA'S Find jewelry and custom design. To be honest, I didn't feel like a store I felt like family, I love that I will be a customer for life with Mr. Kazarizian, Hope, and the staff, so make a trip, it's worth (I live in Atascosa and it was worth the drive). Too bad there are only 5 stars in the ratings as I would give 1000 stars and infinity for his service knowledge and professionalism in the industry of fine jewelry. Blessings Chaplain...

If you would like to buy jewelry there then by all means. I have nothing against their jewelry; what I do have against them is there poor servicing on watches. So I would recommend avoiding purchasing watches there and getting them service. I took my watch to get it serviced ( mind you in pristine condition with no scratches on the back or bezel) because it had an internal clicking noise (most likely a loose screw) and all I wanted was an estimate to about how much the repair would cost and would have to wait about a week ( no problem there). My problem became within the following week when they called me and told me the watch is ready. Which I still never gave the ok, so for all I know the repair could have been 100$ , however the repair ended up being 20$ which is doable (even at that no complaints). My major problem is when I got my watch back, and the back of the watch had major scratches and dents on the bezel. Like I said my watch was in pristine condition (it wasn't a cheap watch but it wasn't the most expensive one either), and Claudia bridal sales consultant immediately came over and made excuses. For example she asked if they changed the battery here, I said no , and she replied back saying that she wasn't responsible for the scratches or damages on the watch. I immediately told her they had to open the back to resolve the internal clicking. They semi-buffered the back and were scratches still being notable. Now I know many people think its just the back, but this watch to me holds sentimental value and even at that there should be no excuse for this kind of half-job on it. Let me assure you that if you have ANY doubt about leaving your ring for repair...DON’T WORRY!! My fiancé purchased my ring 4 years ago in the Virgin Islands. I’ve lost weight and need to go down from a 7.5 to a 5. We took it to “another” jeweler who sized it and within 1 day a diamond came out when we had been told my ring would be re-tipped with the excess gold they were going to be cutting out. Shortly thereafter 2 additional diamonds came out. I cried and was so upset and put my ring back in the box until we could find another jeweler. 6 months later I researched and found this location online. I walked into very extremely knowledgeable staff!! Courteous, professional and extremely accommodating. You will not leave uneasy or not knowing what is being done. I was called several weeks later (I had to get it re-sized to a 5.5, add 2 diamonds and re-tip) and received back a better ring then when he proposed! It was gorgeous and I will never ask again where I should take my ring should I need additional service and my fiancé already picked my wedding band that was custom made there on-site by the jeweler. Please please give this place a try, you absolutely WILL NOT walk away...
