Absolutely hands down the worst Burger King I have ever been to anywhere. Over the last 5 years since renting a business location near this restaurant I have had repeated issues with the location.
Co-workers of mine refused to go to this location and instead drive and extra mile to another location because they say their orders are never right. The food isn't made properly, and they have all sorts of issues with their orders as well.
A few examples, most recently the restaurant is closed before the app says they are closed. I was charged for my food and then sat at the drive-thru for a few minutes before someone told me "we are already closed." 8 days later and neither Corp or the location has contacted me back. Ive called 4 times now.
Three weeks ago I went through the drive-thru and they told me to pull around and wait for fresh chicken nuggets. Because they made me pull around I didn't get a chance to ask for sauces or anything. When the Nuggets came out they warned me they were hot. I bit into one of them and the crust was white mush (raw batter) and the inside was frozen. They were so greasy the little bag dissolved. I went back inside and they remade my order which I had to wait for it again.
About 2 months ago I went through the drive-thru and ordered a few items and told them no tomato. They read the order back and said with tomato, I corrected them again and they said OK. I drove up to the window and when the order is handed out the window I asked the guy again no tomato right? He says yes that's what it says on the order. I unwrap the sandwiches as I'm driving away and pull back into a parking spot because there's tomato on it. As soon as I walked back inside they knew why I was coming back in. The employee from the drive thru window seemed to walk to the back when they saw me come thru the door. Not to mention that an item was missing from the order.
These issues have been ongoing for years. I have submitted complaints that went without any response.
The location had no ice cream or shakes for the better part of a year because the machine was broken. A drive thru employee actually told me the owner did not want to spend the money on the ice cream machine because it was several thousand dollars to replace.
The sign on the front of this location was broken from a storm and remained so for several months.
It seems this location is very poorly managed and the owners do not care about it.
On one occasion the order board inside the restaurant had wrong prices and items on it. When we ordered they told us the board was wrong. Another time we tried to use a coupon and the employees told us that they didn't accept it. Another time we ordered and shake and didn't receive it, when we went to ask for the shake they asked for the receipt which we also didn't receive and then they refused to give us the shake because we didn't have the receipt. They said they had given us the shake because another person in our group had ordered one as well and saw them sitting with one.
This isn't even including the half a dozen times I have had missing, wrong order, or items with cheese added, onion removed, or tomato when it wasn't supposed to be on the burger.
If there's one thing consistent about this location, it's that they never get anything right. I guess I will be like everyone else and drive to the location on Pat Booker from now on.

I did..a few minutes later he comes on asks for my order...I can barely hear him...he's very rude...he kept asking for" the number"...I was trying to figure out what number...so I give him the price it showed on the coupon...and he says in a very rude way, " look in the upper right corner of the coupon and give me that number"....I said wow how was I suppose to know that and gave him the order and my order...after a couple times of me repeating he got it right except for the drink he kept entering COKE...i JUST GAVE UP AND WENT WITH COKE. I drive to the window and he mumbles my order...I hand him a twenty and he hands me my change but the bills were not laying flat, they were every which way and the coins fell and the bills almost flew away and he looks straight at me with this smug condescending smile and says in a real slow way ," Oooohhh I'm sorrrryyyyy". I told him that he owed me those coins that dropped....he said he couldn't open the register...I told him that I wanted to speak to a manager...he goes to get the manager...here comes the manager walking with a swagger thuggish look, saying " what? is she mad cause she wants her few pennies?" I told the manager I wanted my money back....the manager never asked what the problem was...he just said... MA'AM give me back the change MA'AM, so I can give you back your money MA'AM, Yes MA'AM, .... then I tried to explain what had just happened and the manager ignored me and closed the window......he opens the window again and says MA'AM...have a nice day MA'AM, Have a great day MA'AM, have an amazing day MA'AM, enjoy your day MA'AM, enjoy your life MA'AM (all the with emphasis on MA'AM). Read moreI don’t understand how customer still keep going to this place when they don’t know what the cook are doing to there food or how the general manager is rude and just sit on her but in the manger room while it’s a rush hour then food be in made wrong because how it getting ring up on the system so yeah that the customer food is always wrong. But I be honest these customer don’t know that there food is being touch with out gloves you don’t that your buns or meat being drop on the floor and go back in boiler to eat you don’t know that the employee or manger get done using the bathroom with out washing there hands a second time before getting there food some customer don’t know that the manger and gm talk ugly to the employee because they make the mistake on giving the wrong order out or how they are short handed and can’t open on time what nobody knows is that your food is really being played with why because some of the food product is old and they tell to use it because that all they have and they want to waste food so they keep use in it so why do you customer keep going to this place that give out nasty food and the team is disrespectful and order are wrong they need to shut this place down because they still can’t fix it right And it funny read in people comment on here how this place is bad but y’all give it 5 star so it means they are doing something right if they are at 2.7 on here so I don’t get how you can talk about this place but you give them that high star when they don’t deserve...
