I give it 5 stars only because of the service Dylan and the store manager (the big boss) provided! They were both very welcoming and made the whole process very clear, understanding, and comfortable. Dylan answered all and any questions I had (even if they were dumb). However, he didnāt make me feel uncomfortable or anxious in any way. As for the worker (Julica), however you spell her name, it's irrelevant because she was rude from the start. As soon as I walked in, she was looking at me up and down (I was wearing leggings and a t-shirt), rolling her eyes, and not even saying hello. Thatās when Dylan stepped in! I had even gone in another day asking to try on a pair of glasses I saw online. Julia was there; Dylan was not. Anyway, I asked her about them, and she was so quick to say we donāt have them. Even after I explained and showed her many times, it shows on the website that they were in stock at the Rolling Oaks location. She didnāt even want to look and offered to tell me no. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere was two ladies here, Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Holly. Ms. Holly, assisted me with finding glasses that fit my personality - we went through too many until I found the ones I liked. The ladies were very patient and answered any of my questions. This is the first time Iāve ever had to have any glasses and the first time that I got my eyes tested in my adult life. (Got them tested at RCP at the forum, not at LensCrafters nextdoor). The only reason I gave them a four star is because they are not in network with my VSP benefits. However, Ms. Jessica did assist me with their in-house promotion. A major plus, was that I was able to get my glasses same day, I called around and everyone was saying anywhere from five business days to two weeks before my glasses would come in - however, I was calling everyone that was showing up in my VSP benefits network map. My boyfriend is the one that suggested I go to LensCrafters because he has had success with getting his glasses here same day. Overall, I was extremely satisfied from start to finish at LensCrafters. Walked in around 11:30, left about an hour later, finding a pair I liked and after speaking with my VSP benefits personnel - trying to understand what was covered (practically nothing, but I needed glasses today) which Ms. Jessica also assisted with, and by 1:20 I had my glasses in hand. Iāve been a customer for well over 17 years. I was a tad nervous because Iāve always worked with Ms. Holly but, she was not working on this particular day. But, when I tell you Joseph was amazing! He is so knowledgeable and one of the kindest persons I have met in a long time. He exceeded my expectations and provided excellent customer service.
When Joseph could not locate my frames in his store he went above and beyond to locate my frame at another location. I went to the other location off of 281 to have my lenses put into the new frame. I was so disappointed with the service because the associate there couldnāt get my new frame to sit comfortably or correctly on my face. I wear trifocals and the associate could not align my lenses correctly so I could see. I finally told the young man to give me my glasses and I would go back to Rolling Oaks Mall.
I went back the next day and Joseph was working. I explained to him I couldnāt see after the other location put my lenses in the new frames and I was hoping he could assist me. Joseph truly understood the assignment. He fixed my lenses and I was in tears because I was able to...
