Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in San Antonio

The family and I have been coming for the last 3 months almost religiously. The food had always been great and we always ate inside after jumping at Inflatable Wonderland Than one day we decided to go through the drive thru..... We got home and let the kids start eating, they jumped right in as always but than stopped after the second nugget. We knew something was off later that night both our boys became ill they weren't able to keep food down or in . We decided to wait until the next time we stop by because this wasn't gonna stop us from being a customer. or so we thought later that week we went in & after jumping at IWL we made our way to chilk fil a inside ROLLING OAKS MALL . My wife had the pleasure of speaking with Issac heard us out but had no resolution. He said that he could only refer her to their CARE LINE and show me that they had a 96/100 HEALTH SCORE. This didn't feel like the chik fil a customer service I knew so I'm here writing this review waiting on the care line to get back my wife or I'm not sure I kinda stopped caring after all it's just chicken in peanut oil. My husband and I went thru the drive-thru at this chic-fil-a at about 7:00pm on Saturday night. None of the outside lights in the parking lot were turned on, so it was very dark around the building We mentioned it to the staff and they seemed oblivious. The staff taking our order were very distracted compared to a typical chic fil a experience, They did not ask proactively ask abut anything. There were about 6 cars in the drive thru and it took it 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. When we got to the window I realized why. All of the staff were a bunch of young teenagers who were very involved in a conversation within earshot of the drive thru area. The conversation was about how it was ok for two women to touch each other in public and not be perceived as gay, but it was not ok for two men. They went on to give physical examples on each other. Considering chic fil a's stance on many things this completely shocked me. I have no problem with the conversation per se, but that was not the right time and place and was certainly causing my order...

I'm a Dasher and today I arrived to pick up an order for a customer to be delivered and their computer hadn't printed it out yet. I of course was baffled because it comes out of my pocket if I deliver late. Denise and Tiffany and one other gentleman that works there as well jumped on it they handled it I had that order in less than 3 minutes hot fresh with major Hospitality they offered me a drink and replacement for what could come out of my pocket, LOL. I just want to say to those three people because they absolutely turned my day around. A situation that could have ruffled my feathers and kind of started to was turned into a very very delightful Smile as I walked out of that Rolling Oak Mall. So again I want to thank denise, tiffany, and the young man that handed me the Dr Pepper that also put a smile on my face, and Chick-fil-A as a whole. Thank you guys so very very much have a blessed day and keep up the good work as a Dasher I will be proud to pick up from your location. Signed...
