Mi Tierra Meat Market — Attraction in San Antonio

I'm from Florida, I was in San Antonio TX on vacation, and we went there looking for Tamales, let me tell you I bought 4 dozens,we LOVE them and the staff very very kind. The little girls they have working here don't know much. They can't speak English and think it's funny. Unfortunately it makes them look like they are very unprofessional and slow. Barbacoa- had a lways been good, except last Sunday, 01/11/25. It was minced, mixed with lots of white fat. The real Barbacoa, from the cheeks of the head, comes in large chunks of meat, hardy any fat. I'll get it some place else for a while and give a try later on.
