This is the second time that I have been in this particular restaurant.and food bar is trashed . Tonight I walked in. It seemed like they had a rush, and that's understandable! The steak was dried out looks like it had been there for hours . So I ask fr the chicken the server goes to get chicken but there was no chicken ready , so he was going to scrap the bottom with f the pan, I then stopped him and toll him I will wait for fresh food ! He didn't forget about me , ( respectfully) he called me over to continue with my order. After I move on through the line we get to the cold bar . There was no food in the containers. they were literally scraping the bottom and then the other server went and got the driver through sour cream picked out things that was left in it . and mixed the other stuff that was left behind in the sour cream ( not even knowing if a customer was allergic to the other things or not ) At that time I asked to speak to the manager who her name was Elliot she told me that she had just put the food out there 15 minutes ago and that it was good, but I remind you everything was at the bottom and the steak was old she began to talk loud where the people in the line could hear her and I so I Asked her why was she speaking so loudly , she told me that she was Hispanic and that they ate loud , so I told her that I was black and we are also loud too! but when it comes to being a professional you have to learn to tone your voice down! And be professional. She told me that she was in the back prepping to restock the bar, so I sat there for 15 minutes to watch sonthat I could get fresh food . she never brought out fresh/nor did she restocked the vegetables/steak she just started wiping the The bar down! Chipotle is too expensive for someone to cheat you out of what you're paying for , and it also was ran by all males And a young manager whom they all need to be retrained! I left without buying food and she never came back to me for me to have gotten any food! My order . At this location, my food was served cold even though I had just placed the order. Mobile and Uber Eats orders are not handled properly. Instead of being placed on the designated pickle shelf for in-store pickup, my order was left sitting in the kitchen. I had to cut in line and ask for it, even though I could clearly see it. This practice not only disrupts the workflow for staff but also creates confusion and frustration for customers, especially those expecting a quick and efficient pickup experience. It also causes delays and can result in food being served cold. I order extra steak and it appears incomplete.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning. The entrance was wet and dirty, which poses a clear safety hazard. Additionally, I noticed several flies inside the dining area, which is unacceptable in a food establishment.
Lastly, a female staff member confronted me rudely when I briefly set up my phone at the utensil stand to record myself eating for a few seconds. Her tone was unnecessarily aggressive, and the situation could have been handled more respectfully.

Issue after issue. Placed order via Chipotle app. I received someone else's order with the same first name.. HOWEVER our last names were different. Could have been the Dasher's fault or could have been Chipotle's employees fault for not double checking and just handing out the order. Who knows. Took about 1 hour and a half to recieve my CORRECT order. My Dasher was waiting for my order at Chipotle for 20 MINUTES. Finally order arrives. Upon opening my bowl, there was a HAIR in my food and no salsa in the bowl (although I ordered salsa) and I requested "extra veggies", and I got 6 lousy pieces of bell peppers..
