Poor Experience at Bill Miller's on FM 78 I recently ordered two breakfast taco boxes for my office through DoorDash from Bill Miller's on FM 78, along with a separate breakfast sandwich for my wife. While the order was ready when I arrived, the experience was highly disappointing. First, my wife's breakfast sandwich was not packed separately; instead, everything was crammed into the taco boxes. This meant I had to open the boxes and dig through the contents just to find her meal—a mild inconvenience, but manageable. However, upon opening the boxes, I discovered that none of the tacos were labeled. In a box of 12 tacos, not a single one indicated which type it was. This was especially concerning because some of my office staff have food allergies, particularly to pork. When I approached the front counter for assistance in identifying the tacos containing bacon/sausage, I was met with a curt response stating that I should have requested labels or included special instructions. I explained that the DoorDash app specifically indicated that this store does not allow special requests or modifications on taco boxes. The staff member gave me a look of confusion and disbelief and offered no solution other than a shrug when I asked how I was supposed to handle the situation. Labeling tacos in a taco box should not be considered a special request. It seems like a basic step in food service, especially when dealing with multiple orders. Competitors manage to label their tacos without issue, and it should be standard practice at this location as well. Failing to do so not only inconveniences customers but also poses a serious risk for individuals with food allergies. It's my hope that Bill Miller Leadership and the FM 78 Leaders takes this feedback seriously to avoid future issues.

I am extremely upset with this order (was a Door Dash order last night 8/13)... The paper bag was clearly leaking from the outside. Now, it was obviously the restaurant that packed it so horribly, but the Dasher could've seen this and addressed it. As far as the food, everything was pretty bland. I did ask for my BBQ sauce on the side of my Combo Meal 8, but it was completely missing from the order. Also, I really wanted the Spanish rice & green beans as my sides, but they didn't even have those. I only got the Pinto Beans from my selected sides. So my Dasher did reach out about this, and I got fries and mac & cheese instead. Regretted the fries... they were so stale and cold. I was not satisfied with this meal at all! The only reason I halfway enjoyed it was because the Sweet Tea was decent and it was cheap. I will never be eating from here, again. Ruined my whole experience for the whole restaurant. **EDIT** The customer service is phenomenal. Make sure you contact them on their website.

Frequent this location at least once a week. Always ordering for more than one. Request that orders NOT be put all in one big bag. Requested before arriving and the window to pay. And reiterated upon paying. It took over 30 mins. For my orders to be brought to me. They were not complicated. Merely 3 brisket poor boys and a chopped beef. I had to go in to see what was taking so long. When I got inside the orders were still in one bag with 2 bags inside not separated properly. Attached are pictures of the bags and how they were handed to me. Once I started taking the pictures I was then asked did I want them re-bagged. I am going to attribute all of this to poor training and no longer caring about the quality of service being given to customers. Someone needs to check on what's going on in your establishments. I do a lot of secret shopping and Bill Miller's is getting terrible scores right now.

07/13/2019 @1:52 Worst experience ever at a Bill Miller's: Hair nicely placed on our sausage plate. Sloppy, messy and ugly dry food. But that is not the worst part. We stopped by during our lunch break and we all decided to stop inside to wash our hands and order our food to go. About $40 worth of food. Bad idea. As I placed the first order I asked the cashier Christine to please make all our plates with bar b q on the side not on top. She said sure no problem, but as we were trying to place our order we over heard the children behind the counter on the serving line mocking every word and every order I placed. One a male with a dark blue shirt was the one mocking and laughing the other was a female with tattoos, who asked the boy what did we say, and he proceeded to continue mocking us and both laughing forgetting that we are just a few steps away from them. We could clearly hear and see them, hello. As they continued I noticed the female serving all plates with bar b q sauce on top. So now they had to remake the entire order. I read the receipt it was the cashiers fault. She added sauce to all meats. Anyhow I did let the two children that were mocking us know that we heard them loud and clear and informed them of how rude and unprofessional they were being, but of course they could care less, these employees know that management will not correct them and neither will the owner. Never again will we go back, which is a shame, since we have been customers for quite some time. We (my family and I) serve our community because we care, not because we expect free food or expect...

Tonight, I gave the manager Maria an opportunity for Bill Millers to redeem themselves. But, Maria had other plans. She wanted me to address my issue with the store down the road! I had ordered earlier at 7:22pm at Bills on Rittiman, this location closes at 8pm. By the time I got in to work & to my food I realized I was missing food & wrong cut of brisket. So, I made location at this Bill Millers on FM78, asked to speak with a manager to see what could be done about it. I was treated like I was up to no good, interrogated & asked where the food was?? Whats the policy on returned food? It is to be disposed. So, after consulting with her boss, since Maria cant manage to address a wrong order she agrees to make it right. So, she asks what was missing, I assumed she was going to replace the missing items. No respect for my time & dollar! It seemed that`s where this was going, but they didn't have the items I was missing. So after making me wait 20 minutes she again suggests I should address this issue with the store I got my food from originally. I spent almost $20 and food I didn't want or was missing. Maria didn't care to make it right & not respect my issue or time. The current reviews claim the service is bad, Maria is ensuring that. I will keep away from this BM. Hold them accountable to your time & dollar, demand they do better not just replace missing items or next time get your order & go through it regardless if you slow...
