Oportun — Attraction in San Antonio

I went to this place right when they open and their was this pregnant girl with s much negativity and I'm not trying to be sarcastic but she has horrible customer service I had to let pass by me 6 customers Everytime I was next she would say do u mind if I take the next customer for their payment and I had to tell her I was done and over that's y u should make 2 lines 1 for payments and the other one for new applicants she rolled her eyes on me and I just walked out I was very disappointing noted of who ever owns this place they have really bad customer service and on top of that they're bilingual situation these 2 employees have...

I just had my first experience today with oportun loan on commerce st the staff was super nice the process was crazy easy the payment on the loan was ridiculously low I wish I have known about opportun this place is awesome they don't poke your eyes out you got to experience it I would highly recommend this company especially in these hard times oportun will make you breathe easy they truly live up...

I have always been treated very well at this particular location. Some times the volume of customers is heavy yet even if I wait 10 minutes or so all the employees are very professional but very friendly and respectful. Today I’m going back with a cell phone issue and I will report on the service from employees. I expect it...
