Pretzelmaker — Attraction in San Antonio

Female with long curly/wavy long hair was at pretzel maker on June 23 @ 6:10 handling my food after touching her hair multiple time and I confronted her and she immediately washed her hands after handling food. She stated she was off the clock and was just helping. This is not acceptable, especially when she’s handling someone else’s food. I had to get a full refund because I felt unsafe eating what I paid for. The manager in charge at the time was extremely rude and would not give me the owners name. Understaffed and overworked? A lady in glasses making the pretzels was yelling and cursing at the other workers. Extremely unprofessional. Uncoordinated and took a long time. They just kept bickering in front of the customers.
