My original review a year ago was a 5 star one. But this location has consistently been a slower location for a while now. Long lines do happen at most locations, but today, this was on a whole new level. The longest I've ever had to wait at a busy Dutch Bros was 30 minutes, but it was excusable because it was obvious that everyone was working as fast as they could. Today, we waited 45 minutes. The one girl that was taking orders was hitting 3-4 cars in one lane, then would work her way back to cars that were there first. I had to call her over to me so she wouldn't go to another car that was far behind me. Then I had to inform her that she never got the car in front of me. They would have totally been skipped had I not told her she skipped them. She told me she does it like that so it's less walking for her. What??? I have to wait 15 extra minutes so you can walk less?? There were 4 or so people making drinks inside, yet every car at the window sat there at least 5 minutes before they got their drinks. Why was no one bringing drinks out to us to keep the line moving? Our hot drink had clearly been made for a while since it was no longer hot. And once we got to the window, the girl didn't acknowledge or apologize for the unbelievably longest wait I've ever had at any coffee place ever in my entire life. I am not exaggerating. I will not ever go here again. If there's any line at all, & you have to be somewhere, I highly suggest you go somewhere else. The drive to a new place would take less time. I left my house an hour early to get coffee on my way to the airport. Not ok, Dutch Bros. And y'all are definitely not doing things the way I know Dutch bros want things run. I've been going to y'all since y'all were a thing in Oregon. Your employees...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm yet to return to Starbucks! I've been mornings, afternoons and nights. The morning shift crews are super nice, they actually hear your answers when they ask questions to prevent asking the same question "what do yall have planned today" over and over again. Afternoon crews in this Texas heat...God bless yall but your enthusiasm keeps me coming back for a refreshment. At this point of the day the music gets louder but sounds like your having a great time making my drink. Here pops the repetitive question " any plans for the rest of the day" with music blaring in the back they dont hear our answer and ask again...lol but still the vibe is fun. The night crews are my all time fave. I feel like I'm about to enter into a rave! Music loud, lights flashing inside... gets me all pumped and excited about my drink...lol. The friendliness of everyone is just a ton of fun and there are no questions at this point. Drink recommendations always pop up which we tend to usually try on the next visits. But the vibe is so much fun and the drinks are so good!!!! Once you drive away though and you can no longer hear the music and have the people's vibes near you, all I can hear is Womp Womp in my head...lol. Thank you Dutch Bros for coming to the SouthSide of town, your variety of drinks is something that my whole family can enjoy. I promise, we do family car rides at least three times a week just to go pick...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION!!! Not worth the wait at all. I have never waited more than 20 minutes for a coffee at any coffee location ever. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR at this location!!!! Just to be aware, the line wasnāt even close to being out in the street, this was waiting at the start of the menu signs. This isnāt a one time occurrence either. This is the second time. The first time I waited over 30 minutes in drive thru for 2 coffees. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a one time thing. However, todays line was shorter than last and I waited longer OVER 1 HOUR!!! My mind is completely blown, this isnāt a fancy restaurant I ordered 2 drinks. I was over 30 minutes late for work on something that shouldāve been a 30 min stop tops. Honestly wonāt be coming back again. I just left as soon as an opening came without my coffee. I could cry, because there is no options to leave this place once pulling in line. And there is no way to choose to leave the line, you are literally stuck once driving into this location. I never wanted to leave a drive thru line so bad!!!! Worst experience, so slow and a waste of time and money. As soon as I got to the front I left without my coffee, I didnāt even have an extra 5 minutes to spare because I had work. I left an hour early to stop for a treat and got stuck and 30 minutes...
