Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Ordered online from the iPhone and I apparently added on more sauce and couldn't change my pizza options. I called 3 times to be hung up on the first 2 of those times. I ask the girl to pull it up and change it but I guess to the best of her training that damn Add/Subtract button was still just to defeating in her skills. After finally getting my order (I'm guessing) right, she places me on hold for almost 15 minutes (yeah she finally figured how to hit hold) to speak to a manager. My order was doubled because I ordered online and something happened so I needed a managers fingerprint to give me back my online coupon. After she finally got back to me I'm told that my food was already going out and the option I had online was not able to be done in-store...

I got a 12 week hungry and mood swinging pregnant wife... So like any man, I unfortunately agreed to whatever the hell was sent, fingers crossed my pizzas get here to see it's just barely acceptable to our standards. I complained to the delivery guy, knowing it's not his fault, he says he hears similar complaints like this all time... I still gave the guy a tip but really... Last time man, I'd rather spend my $ on a lower quality pizza with better...

Took over 20 min.on website to get to check out..it gave me next day..waste of time. Then called store on San Pedro..male didn't sound too happy or greeting wasn't. I asked for lite sauce and got sauce I could squeeze out of slice.BBQ SAUCE ..wasnt informative n stated PAPA JOHN PIZZA has NO SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNTS as internet stars for those over 50?!

I called n he answered stated he made the pizza & used half of the reg portion used on my pizza. I asked him what is lite sauce to him? Especially after I made it clear I didn't want a sweet PIZZA & had him repeat my order..which he failed to do n was going to hang up. Either way I am very dissatisfied with this PIZZA & the cst service on phone..him being ?? Mgs?😕👎👎👋

I will never order from this location again.

Also..my acct states to deliver thru carport n poor driver wasn't told by pizza maker on phone. The 2 stars are for the driver ONLY I ONLY wish I could post pics of the LITE SAUCE PIZZA I end up...

Placed an order on the app and they sent it out with door dash and he never delivered it. When I called papa John's they told me I had to call door dash an track down my pizza. When they're the ones who sent it out with dd, without proper due diligence. When I asked them to call the driver, Isiah didnt seem interested in helping and said I had to call door dash. And they only offered a refund only after 2 hrs of calling and waiting. When all these kids at papa jons had to do was call the driver the first-time I called to have them get my address right. A refund dont cut it for all the waiting and bs I just went through. Dont use door dash and dont order from this papa John's. They dont care. But hey atleast my door dash driver got...
