Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Antonio

I've never had an issue when ordering carry out at this particular Pizza Hut, but the select few times I wasn't able to make the drive out to pickup my order personally I've ordered for delivery and the service is always horrible. I ordered a pepperoni lovers, a vegetarian lovers and an order of 8 piece wings, the pepperoni lovers didn't have barely enough pepperoni to fill a regular pepperoni pizza and my vegetarian pizza could have been a cheese pizza if they had put any less on it. My wings other than the container being squished entirely were okay, but the driver jammed everything into one bag causing the boxes to incave on eachother and pulling cheese off onto the box. I'd thought he'd been eating it on the way if I hadn't seen the cheese elsewhere. The driver was also extremely rude, he'd called to get my gate code into my apartment complex and was practically yelling into the phone which I thought was very unnecessary, the rudest part of it all was that he begged for a tip and when I told him I did already tip him he argued that I didn't till he saw the receipt and said without even a thank you, "Oh, you did." If I hadn't already tipped through my debit card when I ordered through their app I would have told him he wasn't getting one because I definitely wasn't obligated to do it in the first place and with horrible service he didn't deserve it to begin with. If I ever unfortunately have to order delivery again in the future I'm not tipping unless I see that my order is correct and I'm not treated poorly like I have been, if you can't even do the job your getting paid to do why should you be begging me to reward you for it. I have called this location at least 8 times since 11pm on Friday, October 26th 2018. No answer. I've called the other nearby store and they confirmed that this location is open until midnight and is the one that would be servicing my hotel. I've called from 3 different phones and it just rings endlessly and hangs up.

Just because you're an hour away from closing you won't take delivery orders?

Your staff working tonight should all be fired.

EDIT I was so angry ny the lack of response o decided to drive up to this location before it closed. I called the number as I walked on and could hear the phone ringing. There was an employee washing the floors and a manager "in the back" that "couldn't hear the phone ring" between 11pm-1145pm in which I called 15 times (more so just to make a point, there pizza isn't that good) there were 3 employees working and not a single one even showed the slightest bit of remorse. And instead offered me a pizza at half off... as I'm sitting here waiting for my pizza, the delivery guy even walks in, grabs more orders and walks right back out??? Just...

My family all got sick, within 2 hours of eating a takeout Pizza from here. We ate nothing else around the time we ate the pizza from this store and I am positive it was from their food.

I called and spoke to the Manager, and he did not seemed very concerned, because he was questioning if I had even called the correct pizza Hutt, but of course I knew, being that I was just there.

He offered me a credit to my account, But I told him I would not be using it. I also told him a better concession would be for him to tell me that his employees will make a better effort to be clean and he will double check the sanitary conditions of the ingredients and utensils used. But I could hear his eye roll over the phone and all I got was a " yea, I will make sure they wear gloves" Once again he did not seem to care.

I will not be eating here again. And probably no Pizza...
