THOSE WITH ALLERGIES BEWARE. I was in yesterday morning, I’ve NEVER had a problem here before so I’m super disappointed. I got a coconutmilk macchiato because I can’t have milk for dietary reasons. I always watch super closely when they make my stuff just in case, they made it fine until the girl who put the syrups in put a large pour of whole milk (red lid) in my cup, put the lid on, called my name, and handed it to me and walked away. I said at the cash register that I had just seen her put milk in my coconutmilk drink, they assured me it was coconut milk, even when I told them it wasn’t in the silver containers but in the actual cup that the milk was put. After a few seconds of back and forth the barrista said “Well I guess we can taste it for you if you want”. I’m not sure if it’s just because I was late and frustrated but it felt very rude and condescending. I just left with my coffee that I couldn’t drink (I did taste it in my car, definitely milk in there and I had a headache by the time I got to my location). I’m very frustrated and will be calling later to see what I can do, because if I was ALLERGIC and they convinced me they’d made it correctly (I will note that the girl who I talked to did not check with the girl who put my syrups in whether they’d put any milk in there), it could have been VERY bad. Read moreWent through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. My go to drink tasted off. I drove around, parked and came inside. 4 employees were working. 2 immediately went to the walk in cooler/back? The other 2 were the baristas I suppose, because they continued making drinks and slamming things around. When the female employee came back to the front I told her my drink was off and I’d like it remade. She was courteous and apologetic. The 2 males making drinks were apparently irritated and continues slamming things around, seemingly having a temper tantrum? Stopping to talk on their headsets. The male running the drive thru continued doing his job. I used to come here and never have an issue. Lately the service has been not consistent. I’m not sure if there’s new employees or what, but it’s not running smoothly. I’ve been getting the same drink for a decade. Longer than I’m sure most employees have worked at a Starbucks. I can tell by just looking at it if it’s not made right. I am always polite when I ask for it to be remade. Not sure why the cold shoulder. And I had to wait about 10 minutes for my drink to be remade. Hope this gets back to a store manager so they can give their employees some skills on...
Read moreI love settling my cravings to my likings. I use the Starbucks app to order like 3-4x a week or more sometimes twice a day. When I have to stop at the Babcock & Hamilton Wolfe location they always are out of something like the turkey fat free breakfast sandwhich or the white mocha frap that order. What's upsetting is that it let's me order it! If I know ahead of time I can just pick it vs having to wait once I'm there! Isn't that what the app is for, TO PRE ORDER!? Last time they took a week to credit me back the sandwich they didnt have that the app let me order and didnt get my points for my purchase on my drinks. Another downside is that the app doesn't allow you to add how much you are short on. I was only a few cents short and I had to put another $10 on it vs just putting a buck or two. I think it should give us the option to put in the amount we are charging. It's starbucks they can afford it! Specially on how much I spend a week....
