The Rug Store — Attraction in San Antonio

I've never been to such an impressive store until I went to The Rug Store. I saw the commercial on TV and had no idea such a store existed here in San Antonio & decided I would go & see what they had. When I walked in I couldn't believe how many rugs there were in stacks & hanging on racks. There were so many styles to choose from in every price range you could think of & you could tell the quality was far better than any other place that sells area rugs. All the staff was very friendly but after working with Chris, who was extremely knowledgeable & polite, I ended up buying an area rug for my dining room that I've been meaning to get for years. The Rug Store did a fabulous job in cleaning my 12’ x 15’ rug. It was in storage for a year and improperly rolled up by the movers which caused creases. I contacted The Rug Store and Bijan was very helpful! He took the time to call me to discuss options for trying to get the creases out. Ultimately we decided that it was due for a cleaning and that he would take extra steps in trying to get the creases out! Which it worked! I ordered a beautiful rug from The Rug Store on IH-10 in San Antonio. I was given excellent service by Chris who works on the showroom floor. The rug came in quickly, and was promptly delivered to my home. I discovered, after the rug was delivered, that I had miscalculated the size rug I needed. With Chris's help, was able to exchange the rug for a larger size. Everyone in the store is very friendly and easy to work with. I am very happy with the rug and the service!
