Do not waste your time!!! I drove 45 minutes to get there then 45 min home. Almost 2 hours, with ty the time at the store. I called before arriving, inquired about what they were taking. A lot of my clothes had tags on. It I lost weight and couldn’t be used. While I was unloading my car, I was told me to stop because they were not taking stuff due to the it being an hour closing. I loaded my car back up, looked around. No customers, 4 employees standing around doing nothing. There designer clothes and shoes 10 years old, and they haven’t depreciated that value 200 to 400 for USED 10 year old shoes. I wouldn’t spend that kind of money to put my foot in a shoe that someone else’s sweaty foot was in, No thank you, ill stick to shopping at posh mark or GUILT on line. There furniture was used and priced same as retail. Do you want to find a great place for used furniture go to the resell home store at the rim. Where you can find high quality affordable furniture like benchmart, Copenhagen, and RH designers. I will never go back, and ill share with my friends, family and co workers not to waste there time. I felt they were rude by telling me to go there. They looked at a few of my items before telling me they were closing in an hour, and they didn’t have time to look at the rest of them. I’ll let you know that they do not take black white market, Inc (Macy's), citizen, Jean, seven jeans or my alice Olivia pant. Banana republic, Ann Taylor, and a tori burch white dress, were all things they were not taking. In my opinion, on a Friday their store has zero customers, so I’m assuming they were not taking anything because they didn’t have enough consumers to buy it. Then the employee mentioned some thing about they like to stick with High and Designers yet while looking around I didn’t see any high end clothing that wasn't as old aa my mother. I’d rather buy a dress at Dillards. That’s in fashion now. Turnover close quickly because I don’t like to wear the same thing more than three or four times. If I’m going to buy online, I’ll stick to a Posh mark guilt or Tradsey , where it’s easily returned, and I don’t have to deal with rude employees, or wasting time driving to get there. I did get Lucky after leaving there. I stopped at a place called clothes, Mentor. They were super nice and open till 7 pm, they took 80 percent of my clothing! I was also happy to find some great deals on a pair of black Michael Kors boots retailed at $300 for $80 with tags! I got a coach purse for my daughter. Clothesmentor had more inventory of timeless casual fashion. Plus the rewards program is awesome, and after selling everything to them, they gave me 10% off on my purchases, and a credit in the store for the balance to use in the future. Most of all there employees were all extremely friendly and helpful. Letting me know some of the things that sell for them, like Tori and Kendra. Ill be bringing back my Kendra scott jewelry and tory, Burch,...
Read moreRecently took some very nice shoes, designer shoes, some never worn , 3 pair gently, only worn to a wedding, and two formal affairs, one 3 piece evening suit , one Ulta suede dress, one very nice dress, never worn , the attendant sized us up with an up and down glance and before I could turn the corner to shop, as I've done here for years , my things had been declined! Stating the shoes were too worn and things were "dated" , I asked, dated? I was told they only accepted things that were two years old, ! I know for a fact this isn't true bc I've purchased vintage pants, dresses, I had a lovely 3 piece evening suit, an Ulta suede dress , and t I actually saw two pairs of the exact same shoes that I had brought in , and the condition was not nearly as kept as we're my shoes, I am an administrator from the Bexar County Courthouse retiree, I know quality clothes and take pride in how I present myself and how I keep my clothes, I felt like this biased, prejudiced, and I'm very offended at the explanation I was given , one dress I had just purchased last week, and didn't return , so give me another explanation! I don't need an account, not do I need the money, but this is an consignment yso why not? My things were awesome, I understand you have the right to refuse any items, but this rejection is suspect! Had I been of a different persuasion, these things would have been accepted without a second thought, they were clean, classy, elegant, designer , and one box of shoes were gorgy, not a name brand but a beautiful brand new shoe that would esold in a minute! Very...
Read moreLast week I found out that STCA Nationals were going to be in Belton, Texas and I have a very Handsome young 8m. Amstaff. And I was looking to put him into shows I wasn't realize I was going to jump in with both feet so fast. With that said I've never shown before or handle my dog and a dog show. And the attire the dog handlers wear is anywhere from business casual to pretty much formal without the women wearing long flowing dresses. So I have my daughter with me and we ran into Too Good To Be Threw ... I knew what I was looking for more or less but there's so much and a wonderful woman her name is Sarah came up and asked if I needed some help and I was like yes ma'am please! And I let her know what was going on and what I was interested in and she was fantastic fantastic I was so pleased! I got a very nice blazer that was one of the pieces I was looking for and that's it perfect and I bought 2 blouses and a pair of really nice comfortable pair of shoes. They were flats so it's easier to run around the rink and not fall. She was very honest with me about everything I was so pleased with all the help! I will be returning in there again very very soon if not before this weekend definitely next weekend I encourage everybody to go in there it's very nice it's soothing really beautiful stuff and ask for Sarah she's fantastic!
