I went to location to check something out that is available on there online store. Lady said nope don't have anything you need... Walked out.
Response, i understand what you say about your inventory. However the fact that the sales person just said "No" to what i needed, really bothered me i travelled over 30min. If she would have explained that online inventory does not reflect your real inventory, or even tried to special order me what i wanted i would've been grateful. However it seem to me she wanted to go back to her Facebook instead of helping me. Now the fact that you are saying "i seem unpleasant" and that you are happy to loose me as a customer just because i posted an honest review, (who talks to potential customers like that!?) This show's the lack of professionalism at your establishment.
If in need of protection gear head to "Kore" a skateshop down the street where they have plenty in stock and don't talk bad about their customers.
Have a good day.

"If she would have explained that online inventory does not reflect your real inventory, or even tried to special order me what i wanted i would've been grateful" (Jesus doesn't need to be involved in this one lol) --- not only is this common sense but also extremely easy to achieve. Train your staff better and you will prevent yourself from getting bad reviews. Your comments are extremely childish, and shows the lack of decency and professionalism on your part. Anyone that reads this will understand that to be true.
Now you should thank me, because after today i promise you, that your staff will treat your customers with more respect and try to actually sell something, now with having a boss with a nasty attitude like yourself, one can only hope.
Have a good day.

The only one throwing a tantrum is you. By reading my comments is obvious I'm calm and collective and only stating facts. You on the other hand, might need to take a chill pill...Relax, breathe... Its okay buddy. Now if you want me to bring you some chocolate you better change that...
Read moreI recently visited the best roller blade shop in the heart of San Bernardino, and I can't rave enough about the experience! This place is an absolute gem for anyone passionate about skating or even just curious to start.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm by the staff. Their knowledge about roller blades and skating equipment is unparalleled, ensuring that every customer finds exactly what they need. Whether you're a seasoned skater or a complete beginner, they make you feel right at home.
One of the standout aspects of this shop is their incredible customer service. Jorge, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer feels comfortable and confident with their purchase. He took the time to understand my needs, offered personalized recommendations, and even gave me some valuable skating tips. His passion for skating is contagious, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers.
But what truly sets this shop apart are the cool skate events they host. These events are fantastic for bringing the community together and fostering a love for skating. Jorge actively participates and encourages everyone to join, creating a fun and supportive environment for all skill levels. It’s not just about selling products here; it’s about building a vibrant skating community.
If you’re in San Bernardino and looking for top-notch roller blades, expert advice, and a welcoming community, this shop is the place to go. Highly...
Read moreIf you're seeking not just quality products but an unparalleled customer service experience, then Knight Skate is the go-to place. I recently had a hiccup with my FR SL speed skates - discovered they weren't my size only after a couple of rides. Two months on, I braced myself for the usual corporate runaround when attempting a return. But, to my astonishment, George the owner, personified what true customer-centric service is all about. Without a hint of hesitation, he welcomed an exchange, only emphasizing the skates be damage-free (which, in my case, they were as pristine as new).
Doing business with independent entrepreneurs like George is a refreshing change in a world dominated by giants. He provided me with a level of service I doubt I'd have received from a big distributor, whose 30-day return policy often eclipses genuine customer care. Throughout my journey with Knight Skate, I've purchased two pairs of skates, two endless frames, and wheels, and every transaction has left me immensely satisfied.
To the conscious consumer out there: supporting local businesses isn't just about buying products, it's about valuing the relationships and personalized care that these entrepreneurs bring to the table. A big shoutout and gratitude to George for redefining what customer service...
