FIRE Mariscos, Wings, Ribs — Restaurant in San Bernardino

We visited this location on 6/13/24. It was 3 adults 3 children. The waitress was super nice, the issue started when we ordered our food. We ordered 5 seafood dishes and 1 chicken tenders. I noticed immediately the cook, grabbing his head in frustration when he saw our ticket. He called over the waitress and he was obviously flustered and upset about our order. We were there about 16-20 min when she kindly told us that they would only be able to make half of our order because apparently the waitress from the night before took the keys to the refrigerator. Like what!? Made no sense but she offered to modify our order to small cooked shrimp. The problem was that we had ordered the whole order of the big crispy shrimp for 4 of the orders. We told her we would just pay for our drinks because we didn't want modifications on our food and we left. If indeed the case was keys were taken you would think we would of been told when our order was first taken. Either way totally...

It was my first time here, and my first impression was how this place stood out. The location, colors used inside and out where eyes catching, very well done. The food is exactly that, Mariscos (Mexican Sea Food), Ribs and Wings. Each plate was very presentable and more than enough for one person. It would be a good idea to share and / or mix up the orders for better combination. I was lucky enough to take advantage of the adult beverage happy hour. The michelada to me was not worth the price, a bit too simple and small. The service was good, very friendly, and the server made some good recommendations. I might come back for the atmosphere and try something different with some friends, now that I know...

Food, service, and atmosphere could improve.

The food lacked rich flavors. We ordered fish tacos, a michelada, and ceviche. We didn't finish any of our food.

The service was minimal. We got sat down and they brought us our receipt. Place was dead on a Sunday midday, yet they couldn't be bothered with providing proper service.

The atmosphere was somber and quiet. Most places I go to midday on a Sunday will have live music or at least lively music blasting from the speakers to create a party mood. Here it felt like you were attending a funeral.

So much potential but as of know I would skip the place and wait for a better wings and mariscos...
