Fantastic selection of party supplies, birthday gifts, and costumes. They offer limited costumes throughout the year and really increase the selection around Halloween. They have standard year-round party supplies divided into easy to browse sections by theme from solid color through all of the popular characters. They also have an aisle of rotating seasonal decorations. There is a great variety of balloons. They sell an amazing variety of unique gifts from puzzles and boardgames to smaller collectible items. They even offer Legos at a reasonable price. They lose points from me when it comes to checkout. There is no identified line, people cut in front of you after you have been waiting. It is difficult to distinguish who is just taking balloon orders and who is actually ringing...

I went to pick up party supplies and Christmas gifts for friends and family with my 6 year old son today. When my son picked up a plastic Fire Fighter Hat that was stacked on a shelf and tried it on, a worker came up to us and asked, "Can I help you?" When I answered "We're fine," she replied with, "You can't try things on." Then she murmured, "Kids mess everything up" loud enough for my boy and I to hear. My child did not "mess anything up." My boy even apologized and gently placed the hat back after hearing that. I placed everything I was going to buy back as well. The store has a good selection of products, but I'd rather order online or purchase elsewhere than to be spoken to that way. There aren’t a lot of places like this so I’m giving it four stars. It’s pretty spacious and it seems to be a bit of an effort to try to get some help. It’s large enough that you could feel overwhelmed trying to find something specific. The Asian guy standing behind the counter with another girl was apparently playing a game on his phone and couldn’t look up. I finally got the girl to tell me where what I was looking for MIGHT be. It seems like they like to stand behind the counter and even when I came up with a question right before checking out I wasn’t addressed right away with three people behind the counter.
