This is the coolest sneaker/sports shoe store ever! I was shopping for comfortable walking shoes for my dad, and "playground shoes" for my Daughter, and the store certainly provided a reasonably priced, huge selection of shoes. I do hope that it will provide more inventory for girls' apparel though (my Daughter is pretty picky).
Staff members are everywhere smiling and willing to provide assistance. When checking out, Wiley provided tremendous help (we went in the late morning of Saturday, June 1st). She patiently and courteously walked/talked me through becoming a loyalty member with the app which gave me additional savings. I told Wiley that I hope the shoes fit my dad (he has very wide feet), and she advised me that if my dad is not completely satisfied, I could return them within 60 days. Young woman like Wiley give me the peace of mind to believe that the world in which my Daughter will grow up will be okay, maybe even good, maybe even great!
The outlet itself is really nice and widely-spaced, but, at least on the day we went, Nike was the busiest (for good reason).
See you all there...
Read moreNike Factory stores are always a hit or a miss. Sometimes they will have great footwear at a very good price. My last visit however was a miss as they had a large selection of men's shoes that were the worst of the worst of Nike's broad range of footwear.
I do applaud their sales agents. The person I discussed shoes with was extremely helpful and carefully pointed out footwear that he thought might fit my needs.
Alas, it was not to be on this visit. Conversely, on my previous visit I found an excellent pair that I am loath to replace, but it is time. The...
Read moreHelpful staff, wide variety of options, and great prices. My boyfriend found a nice pair of gray tennis shoes on sale for just $32, the only defect was that the Nike “swoosh” was slightly (I didn’t even notice it) deformed. I got a great pair for $40 that were perfect. I also bought a more expensive, all black pair of running shoes for $80 for Work. The only problem was a lack of place to sit down to try shoes on as there were only a few benches. The place was very crowded, but that’s to...
