Most horrible service ever. I was waiting in the line to get into the store for 3+ hours because Lululemon employee didn't explain me properly their new policies and how their "line app" works. Incorrectly/not properly explained information brought me disappointment with Lululemon brand and huge waste of my time in general. I do understand that due to COVID there are numerous limitations... but still don't forget that SALES involve customer service and working with people... Manager WHITNEY (or whatever her name was) was absolutely not professional, arrogant and RUDE. Dear Lululemon, please hold seminars for your managers in order for them to understand what "good customer service is" and also explain this store workers how important it is to properly explain to people how your LINE SYSTEM...
Read morehad a really disappointing experience here. I was driving back home to Long Beach from San Diego and decided to stop by this store in San clementine. I made a purchase and later realized I needed to return it. The item was completely new, still with the tag and original packaging, and I had the receipt.
When I drove all the way back (over an hour) to request a return, they refused and said they don’t do refunds or exchanges. What upsets me most is that I’ve seen them allow returns for others in the past — so I can’t help but feel I was treated differently. As a Hispanic customer, I left feeling disrespected and possibly discriminated against.
This was a waste of my time and gas, and I’m extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled. I hope the business treats all customers fairly...
Read moreI think what made my experience exceptional is the two amazing girls: Lindsey & Keaton. I came in to a long line which I couldn’t wait in. However, Lindsey was kind enough to let me buy a pair of leggings without coming inside and disrupt the line. Then, I was amazed by the amazing service both of these employees provided me. Keaton took the time to pick out the leggings I wanted and took the time to explain to me the difference between them and to answer my questions as a new customer. Moreover, even though it was a long line and it seemed stressful, you could never tell because how kind and patient they were when helping me and talking to other customers. I hope they get to see this: you’re great at what you do...
