I don’t usually go to adidas not my favorite store @ las americas outlet but my kids and husband do like it and they decided to go in to the store while I went to take my daughter to the restroom however I come back to try to join my husband and son to help out yo buy 7 pairs of running shoes for my mother, mother in law and sisters for mother day, and it was 7:57pm and the associate at the door said I could not come in because it’s closed and explaind my husband was inside and he was on his phone and only said that no he found no let me in .. so I said “ when he is ready to pay I may come I. Good deals, customer service not

This store has good deals, customer service is not so great, workers here are unprofessional. Most workers from this outlet not just adidas but in general are from TJ and they just treat everyone like if you were in TJ that's to say, they treat you like you are not welcome to the store, they act careless to you, cashier's are rude for no reason, and if have questions they act bothered. These workers feel they own the store or the brand I don't know why they act like that. Nice store but don’t ask for a duplicate gift receipt! I did and manager admonished my cashier for printing it! I questioned her who since I had two pairs is shoes that were a gift! She rolled her eyes coped attitude and said company policy! She looked like tonight shift leader not the general manager! If the store manager reads this please get this fixed!
