Hello everyone, I want to star by saying I’m a regular customer that works in the mall and usually I order by the app. Today I order what I usually do , I notice it taste diferente and it had more milk than usuall and no taste like coffee so I let them know about it they respond with an attitude but said they with make it again. The barista with the name of Christ gave me my new coffee and pointing to the old one he said “ this one through it away please “ with and attitude like ordering me to do it .I walk away and I notice he turns around and said something to his coworker like a joke. I taste the new coffee while walking and it was literally sugarrrr superrrr sweet like the complete opposite all I said it was that it did not taste like coffee enough like usually is and because of that I got a second one only sugar. I when back again and a really sweet girl who sometimes is there she said don’t worry I’ll make it again I know what you usually order she was really nice and finally I got a good coffee . Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would, worst experience at this Starbucks, I asked for a decaf soy latte have ordered this drink for as long as I remember, if it's not Starbucks than any other coffe shop- point I know my drink and when it's different I can taste it, the cup I got at this location was definitely different it was not decaf and I could definitely taste the difference of milk! I politely asked to change it and if they could fix it, now this has happened at another location and they immediately complied but in this location they refused to do so saying I was wrong and the coffee was okay, after a while they said ok I saw the girl put the coffee cup in the back, after 10-15 mins later I asked the barista handing out the final orders about my cup she didn't see it and went to ask, the barista in the front talked to her and handed her my old cup. I was then handed said cup with one difference: it was cold. I didn't want to further argue the situation and placed the drink in the trash... Completely rude and disgusting- haven't been to this...
Read moreIt was unfortunately the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I had been shopping for a bit and needed a caffeine. I had a long wait bec the customer in front of me had a number of questions. As it turns out it was the manager that was at the register and instead of asking for someone else to open another register she just allowed the line to continue to wait and get longer. I ordered my drink and then 5 other people after me ordered their drinks. I guess for them it’s normal to have all 5 other orders to come out before mine and then when I asked about my drink the managers response was that my drink had been put on the bottom of the pile. Thanks for NOT apologizing and making me feel like that was acceptable. Still after I complain 2 other people got their drinks. After that I just asked for a refund. Like I said WORST service ever!! That manager should be sent back to training for...
