Worst customer service by far. Yes the cuts are good but it's been MANY times now that I have called in for an appointment for either my son or boyfriend to get a haircut and they have not one time kept to the appointment time. It's bad enough when u have no appointment the wait is forever, but when u call and make an appointment it should the barbers responsibility to hold the scheduled time. I kept giving chances and see maybe next time they will be on time but no every time is 30-60 mins after the time I made the appointment. Unfortunately had the worst hair cut i’ve ever received from this place which really sucks because I was hopeful given all the positive reviews it has. My barber did not take any time to cut my hair evenly, did not ask what i was looking for or listened when I told him, and did not take the time to blend my hair properly. I came in with pretty long hair, it was down to my shoulders. He asked how many inches to cut off then proceeded to cut over that amount leaving me with a bad mullet. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, but this time it was BAD. I’ve had a couple of times it was bad, guy took 20m to cut my hair and watch the World Cup, the dude kept leaving and talking etc. but this time the dude didn’t even care about my hair. He half-assed cut my hair, and it looked bad. When I got home I was laughed at bc the lineup was bad and it just looked awful. No heart or emotion put into it. Just another customer.
