This review is strictly for ears piercing. As all the reviews suggested we ended up here for our 8-month daughters ears piercing. The owner Bill, great human being did the procedure with lot of care and warmth. It’s hard to believe how he is not a pediatrician doctor. He is super busy, so please do take an appointment. Starting from 2-months, you can pretty much pierce anytime, but my advice between 6-10 months. When baby can sit in your lap and can take some force while holding. Price is $45 for the service, very reasonable. Procedure: He takes time to explain the procedure, very patiently. Then you select the ear stud which goes in to the piercing gun. They have two types on several colors. Once you choose the piece, the procedure starts. You need two adults other than Bill. One to hold in the lap and other to hold the baby face in 45 degrees. Then Bill holds the ear and mark with the pen and get approval from you. He makes amazing judgement on where to put the mark. Now the procedure repeats and this time, it is gun shot. I have posted pictures to show how this procedure is done. He gives good time between piercing each ear for the baby to recover. The baby cries mostly because she is being held in very uncomfortable position and not because of the pain. My baby stopped crying in 5 minutes and she was normal. The after care is very simple, first couple of days not rubbing ears. After 2 days rotate the ear ring for a week one time a day. Bill explains very clearly and slowly. OMG this place!! Simply the best customer service ever!! I first came to have my wedding ring fixed and felt like I was their number one customer! Because it’s family run, it has a very home-feel and comfortable ambiance. I felt very safe leaving my most prized possession with them to be repaired. I had to go back about 6 months after the first repair because ring was starting to break again. I was a little annoyed because it should have been down right the first time but the welcoming greeting and the fact they genuinely remembered me was great. They fixed my ring no charge (of course) and a complimentary re dipping too! This was all in 2017/2018. Recently, I had called about a setting I saw by a designer and wanted to know if I could preview it. Brianna was amazing and for just the shipping, I was able to preview this setting I had had my eye on for many years! Good thing I do because it wasn’t as great in person as I had thought! A couple months later I found another setting I liked and Brianna ordered the preview for me. My husband and I went in and WOW! It was amazing. Since it is a big expense, I knew my husband and I would need to wait a while before purchasing. Im a hard girl to surprise but! Brianna made it so easy for my husband to open a credit account, order the setting and have it all set and wrapped to surprise me with for Christmas! Our experience with Collins Family Jewelers was nothing short of great! I initially went in myself to get an idea of rings I liked, and the woman who helped me was extremely patient as I had no clue what I wanted or where to start. After the initial consultation, we actually saw/found our loose diamond on Collins Instagram - when I came in to look at it, Briana was unbelievably helpful, honest, and inviting. My partner is extremely busy with work, so I was handling the first steps myself, and having someone who felt like a sister/friend was indescribable! Finally, on our last visit to design, Briana again was so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel rushed or like our questions were too much. Neither myself or my boyfriend know much about diamonds, and Briana and the team did a great job walking us through the process. I completely forgot the woman from my FIRST appointments name, but when I walked in to the last visit, she remembered my name and asked me how everything was going, which is so sweet and says a lot about the family owned business.
