Del Mar Bluffs — Attraction in San Diego

Not sure how this property has the reviews it has unless they've bribed people to post them. I lived there for nearly 8 years and it was deplorable. Maintenance was there DAILY to fix plumbing somewhere on property. The tenants are a mixed bunch and the police were there often. The landscaping is well taken care of but the HOA is jaded and corrupt. They have a deep history with some owners here at this property and it causes issues. There is no heating or air conditioning and they can't keep up with the plumbing issues. AVOID living here...

I have lived here for 17 years--and DMB has come a long way. It is an undiscovered gem in Del Mar and one of the only some what affordable places to still live in Del Mar.
