Aesthetically pleasing, clean, and bright studio. The custom reformers (they are so cool!!) allow for multiple creative fusion class formats that never get boring. You can just tell a lot of thought went into the concept of this studio. There is even an additional small room with 6 Reformers for those who prefer to work out in a smaller group. I love how inclusive this place feels. My husband sometimes joins me for class and loves it. No matter your skill level, you'll feel welcomed, supported and challenged in the best way, so there is absolutely no reason to feel intimidated. Try it out, you'll love it! I highly recommend taking a class with Mary Kate, Courtney, Julia and Wes.

Pilates has changed my way of life. I used to be a high-impact, crossfit training type of person but since starting pilates a little less than a year ago my whole body, mentality and lifestyle has been changed for the better. I focus more on the stressfree aspects of the mind and the body and recognize the significance of stretch and injury prevention. It’s so important to listen to our bodies and some forms of high-impact exercise only address cardio or pushing yourself to the limit. With consistency and a balanced lifestyle, achieving a less stressful life with a low-impact exercise like pilates as your tool can be possible.

I’m brand new to Pilates, and joining Pilates Republic has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being. I walked into my first class not knowing what to expect, and now I can genuinely say I feel stronger after every single session.

The studio has such a welcoming, positive energy it’s the kind of place that motivates you to keep showing up. Special shoutout to Abla and Sage, who have been absolute gems! Their encouragement, expert guidance, and attention to form make all the difference. They somehow manage to challenge you while keeping the vibe fun and empowering.
