I was in a bind and went with them based on my google search, last minute need and pricing. As far as pricing and availability, they got me out of a bind and were affordable. The reason for giving a low rating are for the fact that they got my order WRONG. I asked for 4 round tables and 30 chairs, I received 2 round tables and 60 chairs. Never received the inventory/confirmation email they claimed to have sent. I called a day prior to my event and left a voicemail to confirm everything, no answer or call back. The day of my event, they finally tell me what they’re delivering and when I mention it it’s all wrong, they’re response to that was they were short staffed and because I didn’t let them know in advance about the “change” (never admitted that it was THEIR mistake) that they couldn’t do anything about it. So I paid for 30 extra chairs I didn’t need and ended up short on the tables, that I would’ve gladly paid for. Thankfully my guests were gracious and I had two $15 foldable Walmart tables to use. Nevertheless, awkward explaining the situation to my guests as well as having a mix-match of round and rectangular tables. Never using them again, even though the workers were phenomenal and helpful (tipped them well). The administrative staff does not give them justice. My advice is for the owners to give much needed training on following up with their customers and taking accountability for mistakes, because it does happen. However the customer should not be left paying for THEIR MISTAKES. Lastly, the round tables look like they aren’t wiped down after use, they arrived extremely dirty. I hope they improve because again, their products, pricing and availability are great.
Edit: I paid only for 30 chairs, I was finally able to receive the invoice in person at their office. Nevertheless, I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered which was disappointing. Another thing to mention, I did not get charged for keeping the chairs and tables longer, so I do appreciate that gesture and Mariano was very professional and efficient as far as pick up/drop off. Read moreThis company is unprofessional. Use a different company! I saw the reviews were lower than Others but they had the item I wanted available and the other places did not. I am not sure if they have a call center but you never will speak to the same person. I spent over $700 for an item and was given a delivery window of 8-1. I asked for a call when they were on their way. A 5 hour window for delivery is a bit extreme. I would think a call when on the way would be standard to save everyone’s time. They said someone would call 30 min before delivery. We did not get a call until the delivery was at our gate. This was at 11 am. We were not prepared for them but my husband and I dropped everything and headed out to meet them. The item was different than the picture which I was not thrilled with. Then they turned on 2 air pumps/blowers and said we needed to run them and not turn them off until they returned at 8 pm. This is a huge waste of electricity and was not communicated to us in advance. Fast forward to 12:30 and my husband goes out to try to figure out how to hook the water up to the slide. They gave no instructions and we didn’t want to leave the water running for 9 hours so we didn’t push it! He was outsode for 30 min sweating and came in to tell me it wasn’t working and he thinks he needs to go buy a part.There were 2 spots on the slide that said owners manual “do not remove”. There were NO manuals in either spot. We were only told we needed a hose. Nothing else. We however also needed power cords that they do not supply. I called the company about the water. The gentleman on the phone was telling us to hook up the water to an area that didn’t exist (probably was where the water hooked up to the item pictured and not the item delivered). After much deliberation we come to realize an entire part was missing and we would have to wait for them to bring the part to us. We rented a jumper for a birthday party, and during the party, the generator malfunctioned, causing the jumper to collapse while kids were still inside. It was a terrifying moment, with kids screaming and parents frantically trying to pull them out.
The safety of the children should be the top priority for any company in this business, and it was evident that this company fell short. After the incident, I reached out to the office and spoke to John (owner/manager) expecting some accountability or compensation. Instead, I was offered a mere $25 refund for a $313+ rental--an unacceptable response given the circumstances.
I would strongly advise against using this jump house company. Especially given their website specifically stating, "You also need not worry about the safety and well-being of the children while they are having fun because Jump For Adan only supplies the safest and highest quality products, meaning your children can enjoy themselves in complete safety."
They are not reliable, and the lack of proper safety measures is alarming. No child should have to go through something like this. Save yourself the worry and find a more reputable option, highly recommend you don't use this company or the other company owned by this owner...
