For twenty years Dr. Nguyen has been taking care of my teeth. She's talented, skilled, and passionately focused on the needs of her patients. I had come to her after I had been less than impressed with my previous dentist. Then after many years I recommended her to my wife, after she had become less than impressed with her previous dentist. Dr. Nguyen and her staff never disappoint us with their caring commitment to always make their best effort. They always respect the time and the commitment of their patients, making us feel like we're their favorite patients, and a part of their family. I actually look forward to our visits when we can catch up on things we've discussed previously, like catching up with old friends. Casey is our dental hygienist, always diligently making sure that our teeth are in perfect condition before we leave. She's been there for many years also, someone we're always happy to see every time. Dr. Nguyen inspects our teeth each time to recommend only the treatment that she actually believes we need. She and her team always make sure that we get the best value for our insurance premiums. I have one implant that she added many years ago, and about five crowns, mostly from previous dentists, but my teeth are much better now than they were when I first met her, because she and her talented and skilled staff of professionals have taken such good care of them for so many years. That's the difference between a great dentist and all the rest of them. I believe that New Smile Dental will let me keep all thirty-two of my teeth in perfect health for the rest of my life, because Dr. Nguyen and her talented staff are very good at what they do, because they love their patients, and always look out for what's best for us. My wife agrees and also left a five-star review. She's really happy with her Invisalign treatment, which gave her perfectly straight teeth after only one year. Now she doesn't hesitate to show her teeth when she smiles. This is much improved over what our nieces went through, when their dentists made them wear the old-fashioned braces with the rubber bands and all of that. One time Dr. Nguyen asked me if I would continue coming if she moved to a new office. I told her that I would follow her if she moved to Los Angeles. Great dentists are not always easy to find, but she's a great one, and she has gathered an office full of wonderfully talented and charming staff members, who always make me feel glad that I came. I actually trust my dentist more than any other doctor I ever met, when the others sometimes strike me as distracted, overworked, or indifferent, given the challenges that they face in their careers.
