One Paseo — Attraction in San Diego

Zero stars for parking. I've now seen a couple times people getting into rather intense arguments here over parking, that's how bad it is. I was driving behind a guy who wanted a 10 minute spot as someone was slowly leaving that space. Someone coming the other direction quickly grabbed the space (I guess it is first come first serve but the person was waiting/signaling). The guy got so upset that he stopped his car in the middle of the 1 lane road and was loudly cussing him out and they started arguing all while a line of 5+ cars wait behind him including myself. There's parking on the 3rd floor, people. I know it's inconvenient but no need to hold up the line here or get upset. Security was nowhere to be found and I'm pretty sure they don't even really have security in this center unlike across the street. The parking situation here is terrible and the long traffic lights don't help. The roundabout can't be legally accessed from the parking garage which is a design mistake for sure. The Shops here are underwhelming and over priced. I find it much easier to park across the street and walk over here as sometimes there is just no parking and it's too busy. Some spaces are reserved for silly things like the bus and the Aston Martins for show that are there like once a week. Not enough short term parking spaces either. Overall this horrible center can be avoided...

Amazing spot with incredible shops! I love this place! I’m excited to get my nails done at CürBAR and I’ve been looking forward to checking out the cute children’s retail and haircut shop Nathan West.

I tried SusieCakes for the first time. I bought some cupcakes and they were amazing. They strike the perfect balance between decadent and light. There was a kind employee who gifted me a free cupcake when I couldn’t decided between two cupcake flavors. So sweet!

Urban Beach House has the cutest wardrobe collection and everything they sell is super cute.

I took a SoulCycle class and it was a fun experience. The staff was super nice and helpful. My only issue with the class was the music. Only one genre of music was playing. It would be nice if the classes played some hip hop like Drake. That would make the classes super fun and would assist in accommodating everyone’s musical tastes. Even better, if they featured a Drake only spin class I would sign up so hard haha.

Anyways, this shopping center has everything you need from kid’s haircut and retail shop Nathan West, to a mani/pedi store Curbar, SoulCycle, Salt & Straw, SusieCakes, Urban Beach House, Shake Shack, Joe & the Juice, etc etc.

3rd time visiting. All 3 times difficult to find places. Congested Congested. Hard to tell what is a retail shop restaurant or condo amenities. I saw many people lost and tenants would find them to show them in correct doors. Gmaps has stores listed in there that have never been there. Parking garages...not sure which is resident and which is retail. No signs. We gave up and left. Again! All of us have lived in area since it was a dirt road. None of us have eaten or shopped there yet. Also, that is NOT Del Mar. It is 92130 San Diego. Get your nose out of the air shop owners! One paseo shops charge as if located in RSF. The restaurants there (rsf) place a stool under your purse to keep it off the ground and a new cloth napkin when returning to the table. )Not here) Expensive should be justified. Having to self park 6 inches from another car and a 10 min walk away to be put on a list. No option but to put your purse on an empty chair or dirty floor. Topping it with waitresses smacking gum with a manger publicly scolding her. And then Charging that much more? Should be called a 'One Ponzi' Scheme...
