Despite its slightly higher price point, the experience offered by this establishment is well worth the investment, boasting a serene environment and an impressive selection of succulents, sand, moss, dried flowers, and more.

Our serendipitous discovery of this oasis occurred after a satisfying meal at Shake Shack, and we were immediately captivated by the tranquil ambiance upon stepping inside. The customer service surpassed all expectations, with the staff offering invaluable guidance, advice, and assistance throughout the process of selecting and creating our succulent scene. Their attentiveness and helpfulness contributed significantly to our enjoyable experience.

The act of creating our own succulent masterpiece was a delight, and we proudly display it on a shelf in our living room, serving as a constant reminder of our memorable visit to Pigment.

While I may not frequent Pigment as often as I'd like due to my thrifty nature and penchant for acquiring succulents from neighbors for free, I am certain that I will return to explore more of their offerings. In particular, I am eager to visit their location in Liberty Station to see if it captures the same tranquil atmosphere and offers a similar array of selections.

Pigment is one of the absolute very best plant/interior design/accessories/gifts shops around!

Many of their selections of scented candles and lotions and cards and jewelry and seasonal decorations change out regularly to showcase new items, while classic favourites stick around! But the true treasures and showstoppers are the plants, which are so carefully chosen to offer a stunning variety of sizes/shapes/colours/care levels - almost every single indoor plant I have is from Pigment, and they are still gorgeous and going strong months and years along!

The staff are always so helpful and welcoming, and the store is dog friendly, so it's always extra fun to stop by with the whole family including our pup! I truly cannot emphasis what a joy it is to poke around in Pigment over and over again, always finding something new, or going back for something I just couldn't stop...

I recently just placed another order with this company because i wanted to give this small business a second chance to make it right after the terrible shopping experience in July.

Yet again, Pigment failed to meet the customer's expectations. I ordered 11 items total for an event, emailed to follow up 12 days later and then 1 out of 11 items were shipped and the remaining 10 items are being collected for shipment. A few hours later, I received the email stating that the store doesn't have any string of hearts in stock or available.

If I didn't follow up, my order would never get shipped or I wouldn't receive any response from Pigment for the out of stock items. So after 3 months, this company still hasn't improved. This is...
