The Rock Prefab Granite Outlet — Attraction in San Diego

This is my first stop when starting a new home project! 5 Stars because 12 stars isn't an option.

My husband and I have a lot of experience with remodeling houses! We've done an entire remodel on three houses in the past 5 years.

So when it was time to start our backyard kitchen and bathroom we did what we usually do- drive around to ALLLL THE STORES TO SEE ALL THE MATERIALS. It's draining and time consuming.

This time though, we found The Rock Prefab Granite Outlet. This store has been such a blessing to our family! Laura who is the owner has such an eye for design and anytime I give her an idea or a picture from Pinterest she runs with it and makes it even better than I could ever imagine myself. She takes the stress out of all the small decisions that come with remodeling.

Their inventory is amazing and both times I've ordered from them they had it already in stock so there was no need to wait for anything. Also I was budgeting $1,000 for the tile of our large custom new shower and I spent less than half of that.

On top of it all their team is incredible and their service is second to none. I am pregnant and their team waited to take their lunch until I arrived to help me load all the tile in my SUV. I can't say how much I appreciate this team! Go...

Leading up to the installation of my granite BBQ island, everything went as planned. Very helpful with with picking out materials and explaining the process towards completion. I hired one of their recommended fabricators to do the job and placed the material order upon final measurement. From there it went all down hill. He did not order enough material, so gaps were filled with caulking to make up for the lack of granite. They cracked one of the main slabs and attempted to cover it up. Three different seams of which were all on different lines. Granite was left uncleaned and was not sealed. I contacted Laura at The Rock via email to let her know of my experience and it went unanswered. I called her and she said to send her a text with pictures and it to went unanswered. With much effort I was left to clean up the job myself. Good luck if you choose this company, I hope you get a better result. Update, a few months later grout has now yellowed...

Absolutely the best place to go for your bathroom or kitchen remodel! Laura designed our bathroom remodel and helped up look at several different ideas we never would have thought of for our bathroom remodel. She made sure we had just the right amount of tile and quartz and even had a great price on a sink for our bathroom. She knows and works with many contractors and so she really knows who does a great job. While we were in we met one of the many contractors she works with and got a quote from him for our remodel after we had another one by a non contractor and beat that price. It was Gary Faith Construction. He sent specialist in each field as needed. Minimum down time and because he works with Laura anything needed for the job was made available to him for his men to pick up without delay.
