They were extremely rude and horrible to me here. I was buying two travel size mousse and when I checked out I politely declined to give my phone number because I don't have an account. Jasmine explained it was easier for returns but I let her know I won't return these (I was buying them to travel back to my hometown because my step-dad had recently passed away). Her attitude went from nice to rude right away. She wouldn't say anything else to me. I politely declined a bag because the items were small. She got my receipt shoved the items and it into my hand. I smiled and said thank you and she didn't say anything to me just glared. As I was leaving I let them know "you don't have to be mean to me because I don't want to give you my phone number" She didn't even address me and quickly turned away from me. I did not yell or act grumpy I just declined my phone number and even said please and thank you. I came here for a signature haircut and hair color I showed the stylist pictures of how I wanted it and gave her many examples about the haircut I wanted. The hair dye was simple and fast no big deal but when it came to the haircut it seemed like she barely cut any hair and quickly cut my bangs. She quickly blow dried and didn’t style my hair at all. Once she was finished she quickly showed me the back and then ran to get the receipt gave it to me and ran off to help her next customer. When I looked at my hair it did NOT look anything like what I asked for. I had hair dye on my face and a lot of hair from my bags that she cut on my face. Very unprofessional! The last time I got my haircut it was great and the only reason why i didn’t go to the same stylist was because she was booked completely and I need a haircut for a special event. I came in for a colour correction today with Hannah Hedgecock and Amber Mortazavi. The two of them were nothing short of a dynamic duo. They worked their magic on my hair that was in serious need of TLC. My hair colour is silver for reference and I hate brass and root. Hannah took her time in correcting my previous colour by adding highlights and toning to a perfect silver colour. Hannah listened to me and achieved exactly what I wanted. She and Amber worked together to help me achieve the exact colour I was looking for. Amber took her time to blow dry me and show the dimension in my hair. Of note- Amber has done my hair before and did a fantastic job. What I truly appreciated is that these girls both asked for my opinion and bounced ideas off each other to help me achieve the perfect look. The two were professional, outgoing and patient.
