Vien Dong — Attraction in San Diego

The waiters are rude and never bring what you want. I've been going there for many years because of the flavor. but man are they rude if you dont speak Vietnamese. They always bring me the wrong soup even though they all know what kind I est the same one for 10 years and a coffee. but they always act like jerks to me. I've complained to the owner and seems like nothing has changed. Even though I didnt want too I found a new place, that isnt so good but atleast they don't treat me disrespectfully and they always bring me what I want correctly, and actually are some waiters who understand me. I even have what I want writes in vietnamese and still they'd bring it wrong. I feel like there were being ruse on purpose because I'm female. I noticed vietnamese waiters dont like females ordering, it's like there still behind in times. Pho ca dao. Better service, better food, better treatment. They also have different appetizers and plates not just PHO. My opinion take it...

This has been our go to store for the past 4years until last nite, my husband usually buys fresh catfish and they would clean it and do all that dirty stuff, but when my husband noticed they cut the head and took it somewhere else and wrapped it to resell it again, he wasn't sure if he should do something about it , for me I'd go back and recheck all the fish body parts to make sure they weren't taking pieces off from my order bcus I they weigh the fish in whole so I'd expect to have all my body parts of the fish that was paid for.. check your fish and make sure they don't rob you too...we bought 3 catfish and only received two heads cut in two pieces and our tail was missing as well...who ever worked on Thursday nite around 4-6 pm was there on February 24, 2022...please know that I hate to be rob by anyone , my husband knew id go back in but he didn't tell me till we got home which was 40mins...

It was like being in a foreign country, it was fun! Plenty of parking, no steps, Unfortunately I did not know how to cook some rare produce, I wish they had free recepies! but on the other hand I got 2 pineapples already peeled! All employees were really busy. Thankfully a regular customer showed me how I could make my own Tea boba drink at home, because I am diabetic, instead of the premade drinks full of sugar. Seafood was fresh and employee over the counter very knowledgeable, he told me which fish was good for soup. Good prices, I bought useful Asian spoons, and beautiful tea cattle. The security guard was awesome, with out me asking he bagged quickly all my groceries and helped me to my truck! I recommend...
