Flor De Lima Farms — Restaurant in San Fernando

I am not really one to do this, but I am very bothered and disappointed with flor Flor de Lima Farms and the customer service they have given me. About two years ago I was given a gift card to their store, which occurred right before they closed due to a fire. I have not been able to use it since they were closed due to the fire damage. They have recently opened, and I was excited to finally use my gift. So, I went in their location on 11/16/2023 and my gift card was declined, I explained to the cashier that card has never been used and it should funds. She then called the manager Emmanuel, and she was told by Emmanuel that due to the fire that I was unable to utilize the gift card. She gave me his cell phone number and said that I could call or text him with any further questions that I may have. I went ahead and reached out to Emmanuel twice via text and have yet to hear back from him. Emmanuel is acting very unprofessional and honestly not my fault that they are not honoring my gift card due to no records of my card ever being purchased, I have offered to show proof of the card being purchased but like I mentioned before I have yet to hear back from him. All I have been asking for is to be able to use my gift card as this was a gift that was given to me. I am blown away by the way they treat...

I was dying to come here and was excited to finally come last week when I was feeling super sick. I wanted one of those ginger shots I usually like to take when I'm sick

They happened to have an orange, ginger, green apple shot, named the "ginger sunrise shot" I was actually verrrry disappointed it just tasted like another juice, not like an actually ginger shot! But that's ok every juice place makes there stuff differently, i will just not be getting that again. And I would suggest not getting it either if you are use to the strong gingery shots at other places. I wasn't sure what to order but yelp helped me out with that one. They offered $2 off the "detox" green drink so I got one of those and only paid $3.50 I think.

I also wanted to try a sandwich or wrap but wasn't totally sold, I still tried the turkey sandwich, which was already made and in the freg with the juices. And it was darn pretty darn good. $5.99 The bread was soft and yummy and it came with a chipotle mayo. I kind ma wanted to try the califlower ceviche but didn't really feel like paying $5.35 for a small container. Do it! Lol

It's located in San Fernando so I'm defiantly coming here one day. All my other favorite juice places are located in fancy city's lol

I want to give them more stars, their menu looked amazing and they served me so fast! I may edit my review after going back a second time to get a juice but their food was 3 stars. I got their Turkey Pesto sandwich and it had no right to say “pesto” in the title. It didn’t taste like pesto, more like mayo and other ppl at my table agreed so we asked if they forgot the pesto, they said no and a side would cost a dollar or so. We decided to pay for it hoping for pesto and it was literally the side mayo (it was white), it had a hint of pesto, like 10-20%. Our friend who got the chipotle sandwich said the same - it was like a mayo with a hint of chipotle. It was a decent sandwich, but all that heavy mayo made me feel gross afterwards, pesto is amazing so idk why they messed...
