Placed an order over the phone so like that I can just pick up and go since I was given a ride over there. I get there and they had messed up my order so they had re-do it. I waited patiently. I told the guy in charge who was also the cashier who handed me the food to please make sure to give me everything I needed because I am moving and I don’t have any food, fridge etc where I’m staying. He then brings me my food that was fixed. I get to my new home and didn’t have tostadas , crackers anything to eat my maricoco. Wasn’t going to fork that. I called back to patiently tell him about their mistakes so he said that next time I go he would give me free tostadas. Plain ones , the ones he didn’t give me. He said he wasn’t going to give me anything for free other than that. Mind you I never asked him for anything for free but I was beyond upset how they had messed up one after another. Not even a darn “sorry?!” He said or for me to save the maricoco for whenever I go back lol like really ?? I’m going to carry that around till I’m able to go back?? I couldn’t go back because again, I don’t have a damn car after my car accident. Plus it’s 25 mins away ! The way he spoke to me as if it was my fault !! and didn’t even apologized me just upset me. I told him I have been goi g there for over 25yrs and your way of talking to me makes not want to go back. He said “okay.” Super classless. Not a fit person to be in charge of that place. He said “Panda has messed up on my order before and I don’t go complain because money comes and goes.” I’ll give you what the tostadas are worth if you like. That’s all I can do. I said “are you the manager or owner ?” He replied “ if I was the owner I wouldn’t even be talking to you” they don’t talk to their costumers like WTH ?!!! Poor management. I was way too calm because I was a teenager when I started going there and I know the people back then were kind and at least would have apologized and never need to get disrespectful as everyone makes mistakes but this man blamed me for forgetting the tostadas as if they were just there for me to grab. Super rude !! Plus the wait not even worth it !! I just ordered me a damn pizza because I wasn’t about to spend money on uber eats or walk to the store with my child with intellectual disabilities as she can’t fkn walk. Came with some friends. None of us had been here before. The inside was clean, bathroom clean, plenty of booths to sit at, and the music was vibing.

You order your food at the cashier and they call out your number. One party of our group got their food right away. They bought tostadas of fish with shrimp. Then came the wait. The rest of us for some reason waited almost 20-25mins when we all got the same thing, tostadas of fish and shrimp. However, we weren't in a rush and waited, but the 1st group had to eat their tostadas so the corn shell didn't get too soggy so it kinda sucked we weren't all able to eat at the same time.

I'm not a picky eater, but one thing I do not tolerate is restaurants serving shrimp that hasn't been cleaned. This was the case for us. All the shrimp still had the intestinal track intact. This is my reason for the food score. I removed the shrimp and the fish tostada alone was delicious, but it sucks that I paid for an item on my meal that I could not eat. Since they expanded their quality of food and care in preparation has gone way down. Food is flavorless, seafood in tostadas is dry. Micheladas give heartburn.

Update: decided to give them another try. We ordered a large campechana and a medium aguachili. They still SUCK. And now the person answering the phone taking orders DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. Come tf on guys, you know the area better than that and know that most people in this area DON'T SPEAK SPANISH even if they are Hispanic. Another thing is the portions are child size, flavorless and over priced. You also need to ask for chili now. I get better tasting food and better quality at el camaronero on roxford and gleanoaks. And it's closer to my house. Don't pay their high prices for tasteless food. Do yourself a favor and go to other spots in the area. Even nasty Miche x God is better than this place.
