The place is not open to public except by appointment to be obtained from the Indian Condulate in San Francisco. I could visit it because it was the venue of the Indian Republic Day celebration and I had turned up for attending the celebration after due registration. Photography was denied.

This place has immense potential as a tourist attraction with historical significance especially for people of Indian origin/diaspora in USA and Indian visitors to the city of SFO.

Indian govt and Consulate office need to review the security concerns and open up the place to visitors with due safeguards at...
