Feels more like a small local hotel than a Hyatt. The lobby is small and basic, the rooms feel a bit dated because of the carpet. Bathroom was recently remodeled but the person who designed the shower missed the mark - the tile floor is super slippery, there’s no handles or anything to grab, and the shower head looks decent but is junk to use with low water pressure. Overall, a difficult showering experience and no bath tub, which was an issue while traveling with small kids.
There was a strong smell of weed in the parking deck each evening and it traveled through the lobby and up the steps to our room. I called the front desk the first night but gave up the subsequent nights.
The walls are paper thin and I could hear the person in the room above us get up to go to the bathroom during the night.
The location is a residential neighborhood and there’s very few restaurants to grab quick food nearby. The one nearby breakfast spot had a sign that it’s closing at the end of the month. But the neighborhood does feel safe and the parking garage at the hotel was easy to use (although pricey). It had very few spaces though so I’m not sure what they do when it’s full.
The staff seemed fine - the housekeeping staff was friendly and always said hi as I walked down the hall. The front desk staff didn’t acknowledge me the whole three days I was...

I didn't know Nordic woman are so magnetic and classy and so so subtle. After all Sweden is next to germany. And well we know how clinical Germans are..there is no room for ruhaniyat.
Anyways. So this hotel gives you freshly baked cookies and the if you are polite to the lady she will get you some high tea herself.
The rooms are super luxury and chic ..very stylish..looks like an old classy holllywood, Marlene moonroe or jackie kennedy kind of a place. I am unable to place it.. its just so calming that all judgements cease to be.
It gets you into a flow.
If you are lucky you will the lady who will just randomly help you with 4 luggage weighing almost 65kgs.
Then you meet the guy who mans it in the night and he is happy and married..beat that. He is a pilot and dreams of becoming richard bach. He is good.
And then there is this another lady who is so beautiful and tall , I think she is like a pashtun..bold beautiful and very powerful and yeah very very helpful..
Everyone likes to be treated nicely. But one has to start with being nice. Paying money doesn't make you entitled to good service. Be good and you will see the love flow...
