I visited Target expecting my usual visit I come in and receive assistance when needed, checkout, and go about my day. However today was an EXTREMELY pleasant visit, because I had a ton of things to ather and I had asked a manager and received the usual experience which was nothing but above and beyond and then I had asked Gabrielle Brignetti for some direction and received the same service as the manager. I then saw her again and needed direction once more and she saw how distressed I was and made it her TOP PRIORITY to become my personal shopping guide and helped me gather 95% of my items and all while helping other guest who came and had questions as well. She didn't leave my side until all $355.65 worth of items I NEEDED were in my two carts. She even went above and beyond and then beyond that when she offered to push my cart seeing I was injured and also making sure to continue providing what I like to call Platinum Service! I contacted the Floor Manager on the lower floor and made sure to tell him and he suggested to do the survey for her to get even more recognition. Gabrielle is an outstanding employee and she deserves to be acknowledged and even receive more compensation upon what she is receiving now. She knew every location to find my items and explained she's been there for 2 years and how she enjoyed working there. I've worked in similar situations as her and I know that acknowledgement from the top about her performance today will mean the world, because there are a lot of employees there and for her not to fall into the she's just another employee and etc. she maintained a smile, kept professional, and followed through with her...

I went to Target today on Geary Blvd to spend some free time on Sunday. My fiancé went to charge the car, and I stayed in the store for a while. I tried on shoes (and bought two pairs), tried on pants (and also bought them), got some makeup, etc, and then I was looking at press-on nails.

I spent quite some time in the same section, just looking for things for myself, and somehow that made me look suspicious??? This was my only free time, and I decided to spend it shopping for myself, and still ended up being treated like SUSPICIOUS. IT IS JUST RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

At first, when a store employee came with the security guard, I thought something had happened. But then I realized the guard was pretending to look at something just to watch me. Right after that, I heard another employee on the radio saying: “She’s acting weird, walking around.” That’s when I had no doubt it was about me.

So I was “acting weird” just because I walked around looking at clothes, makeup, underwear, shoe and nails? I didn’t know a store had a time limit for customers and I didn’t know spending time choosing what I want to buy is something SUSPICIOUS, WEIRD especially in a store that’s made for that! I have lived in others states and it never happened to me, it’s disgusting and unacceptable

I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I’m disappointed and honestly shocked by this experience. I left the store feeling bad for spending my time in a place that treated me this way.

Target should train their employees better on how to treat customers...

I had the worst experience ever at this Target Store. Don't park your car on that parking lot!

On 2014 September 1st, my rental car was robbed at Target parking lot and all my luggage was stolen. It was a traumatic experience mainly for my 4 years old daughter. That happened during my vacation period, so you can imagine the headache that caused to all my family. We lost all our clothes, camera and other personal stuff.

What really disappointed/frustrated me was the Security Guard reaction. When I realize my car was robbed I ran toward him to communicate the incident.

I was totally desperate and told him all our luggage was robbed and the answer was:

"F" Parking lot, right? It is happening lot over there...

What do you mean??? If it was happening a lot and Target knew that, why didn't you reinforce the security at that place? That answer made me feel really stupid for being a Target client while my daughter and wife kept crying due the fact we were far from our home, with no friends nearby, with no phone and without all our stuff. That answer sounded like: "Ok, you lost everything but we don't care about you. It happens...".

So I wrote to Target Guest Relations and they asked me some questions and stopped answering me. After sending a message to the CEO, Target answered me they can not do anything and suggested me to fill a Police Report.

Again, if they know this is happening a lot, why don't you do anything to prevent...

Target is a favorite of mine and so off I went to this Target to shop for things my brother needs for his new studio. Unlike the Target of my city which is trendy, cool and has a welcoming vibe, this Target in Geary Street, San Francisco seems to lack the appeal the former has. This did not wow me at all. Store layout needs improvement. The selections are limited. It took me 3 rounds in the make-up section to find a single lipliner. I was also looking for toothpaste and body wash and I could not find them until Dani, the Filipina associate, came and offered to help me. She is quick on her feet, extremely helpful and happy doing her job. Another happy fellow Filipino we encountered is the cashier Bryan the Wolf. If not for these two, I would have rated this Target lower than a 4.

This is a pleasant 2-level store. Everything seemed bright a colorful. Love the Target pups everywhere. I did find the grocery section a bit confusing - but maybe because it was my first time at this location? I walked around several isles trying to find what I needed. But it’s definitely a nice store. Smooth self-checkout. Store was clean and there’s a Starbucks on the first level. I only removed stars because I felt like the grocery layout could have been better. And when I arrived home and opened my cheese, it was full of mould.

NOT SAFE AFTER DARK!!!!! This and almost every Target store I've been to after 10pm, stops caring about customer safety and is solely concerned with restocking their shelves. If you need that much time to restock, then close the store earlier, instead of endangering your guest by obstructing walkways and exits with stacks (often taller than me) of product to be restocked. Also, stop putting food on the floor that's waiting to be put on the shelf. Healthy and Food Safety laws still apply even when you're restocking.
