La Grande Tank Water Tower — Attraction in San Francisco

I like this place. I like the vibe. The food good. I’ve come back a number of times. But the wait staff runs hot and cold. Don’t understand because it seems good at first. I’ll remember next time to bring my own knife as that sends to be a restricted item. Spoons? Never actually seen one here.
