Glaze Donuts — Restaurant in San Francisco

I've lived in the neighborhood 17 years and have bought my office lottery tickets here fairly often, picked up a dozen donuts here and there. The nice lady who is normaily there during the day will help me and we wish each other luck. I went 10 min ago and left feeling like I will never return. Another woman was extremely rude, for no reason. I told her I had a 4.00 ticket I'd like to buy super lotto with. She stared at me, threw the ticket on the counter and told me to go check the scanner and when I questioned her she said find out if you are a winner first. I said again, It's a four dollar winner. She runs it then says to me, "okay, 4.00 dollars.". I said again, I'd like lotto. She hands me the ticket, then I ask for another 20.00, because it's a separate transaction. She takes my 20 and hands me the ticket as she's walking off. I was stunned at the attitude she had. I just walked by this shop and remembered why I chose never to patronize it again. Years ago, I walked in at night to buy some donuts for my family. The donuts weren’t fresh of course (they were selling their leftovers from earlier in the day). I ended up being short 5 cents and hoped that wouldn’t be a problem (I was a regular customer). Well the lady yelled at me from the top of her lungs and threw a tantrum at me over this. It was very embarrassing, humiliating and quite traumatizing. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but you can’t lash out at your customers. I told her to cancel the transaction and I left empty handed. Never stepped foot in that place again. Today I ordered off of DoorDash and my food showed up almost 2 hours after I ordered although I paid for priority not because of the dasher but because this place took a little over an hour to make 2 things that should not take that long. When the food got to me it was like warm. Maybe it’s better to go into this place instead of ordering delivery. Also there was no choice to report on DoorDash about it it taking long or being like warm so if you have issues with their order you may not be able to do anything about it.
