⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at Hing Wa Lee (HWL) has been amazing, to say the least, and I look forward to many more years of patronage. I would highly recommend HWL to anyone that is looking to purchase luxurious jewelry or a timepiece from an authorized dealer (AD) with excellent customer service. I initially reached out to HWL via their online inquiry/instagram to purchase a timepiece and one of their managers, Chloe, reached out to me via text message shortly after to discuss the watches that the store currently had in stock available for purchase. Although I was not able to get the model I initially wanted, Chloe proposed an excellent alternative option and was able to help me place a special order for an extremely remarkable watch for both my father and I. Thank you again!

After confirming that I would like to start the order process, Chloe invited me into the store to make my deposit on the watches, and I made my way to the store a couple days later. When I arrived at the store, the first thing I admired off the bat was the incredible architecture of the building, but as I walked into the store I was even more amazed by the elegant setup of the interior of the store. There were dozens of prestigious Swiss and other European watch brands, such as : Rolex, AP, Richard Mille, Cartier, VC, etc., as well as a number of other diamond jewelry pieces that were each prominently displayed under lustrous lights.

Chloe was honest throughout the entire process and did not try to sell a lie or make any sort of false promises. My father had to leave the country in a couple weeks and after we had disclosed that, Chloe gave us a realistic timeframe that it would take more or less three months based on past experiences. So after making the deposits, my father and I left the store eagerly anticipating the arrival of our watches.

Then a few weeks later, out of the blue, I received a text from Chloe that my father’s watch was available for pickup. I was extremely surprised, given the timetable we received, but I definitely was not complaining and happily went to go pick up the watch the next day. Although my father had left by this point, I appreciate Chloe and HWL making the efforts to get the watch to us in a very timely manner.

Chloe assisted in sizing the watch to my father’s wrist size and descriptively explained how to set and care for the watch. The watch was even more stunning in person and although my father has only seen pictures/videos of the watch, he is ecstatic about the purchase and is eagerly awaiting the day he can put it on. As for me, I am still currently waiting on the delivery of my watch, but I am very satisfied with the quality of service that I have received from Chloe and HWL. I look forward to purchasing many more timepieces in the future and continuing to do business with HWL and Chloe for many more years to come.

So after reading this review, I would say to go into the store with a realistic mindset. You certainly will not be walking in to purchase that stainless steel Daytona, that Submariner, or even your basic Oyster Perpetual at this point because they simply aren’t there. Don’t get upset at the AD because you couldn’t purchase that Submariner, trust me if they had a bunch available for sale, they wouldn’t be turning your money away otherwise. The AD also have an obligation to their past customers (with years, if not decades, of purchase history) to help them get the watches they haven’t been able to obtain yet, and they also have to ensure that their allocation of watches doesn’t get sold to a reseller/grey market dealer. Go into the store, build some rapport and even if that Rolex model you want is not in stock, there are other excellent alternative brands/options that the workers can help you...

I have been trying to obtain a Rolex for myself for the last 3 years to commemorate a promotion I received at work in 2020. As you can imagine, the last 3 years have been a challenging time; not only to obtain a piece, but the experience I have had going to multiple ADs has been less than ideal. That was not the case at this AD.

A friend of mine referred me to Hing Wa Lee after he was able to acquire some Rolex timepieces for himself in the past. He referred me to sales associate Tracy, who was pleasant to speak with and took my interest in a few pieces that I would like for myself.

After a couple months, I came back to work with Tracy to service my Explorer II and purchased a Cartier Tank for my girlfriend to celebrate a promotion she received at work as well.

Fast forward to the day of “the call” and let me tell you, the excitement I experienced when Tracy reached out and informed me that one of the pieces I was interested in has arrived was 1000% worth the wait. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect as it was just in time to celebrate my birthday and a special milestone in mine and my GFs life.

Tracy again made for pleasant conversation and offered refreshments and asked if there was anything I would like to see on my wrist prior to showing me my piece. She took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the fit and walked me through how to utilize the ring command bezel.

All my experiences working with this AD and more specifically Tracy will keep me coming back to them as I hope to acquire the rest of the pieces I’m interested in. I truly felt taken care of and hope to work with them for the rest of my life.
