Ups needs to change out this manager at this store besides opening the store late several days that I know of he won't give you your package even using a business account. You have to have your ID with the address of the package which doesn't work when you're the coworker of a company trying to get a package for another coworker. I have the email and tracking number that should be sufficient enough but it isn't for this guy and this is one of many times I've had this issue with this guy The company I work for is probably going to drop UPS all together because like my package that got sent to this store due to delivery attempt which was a lie because someone was able to receive the package at the address. They did the same thing to over 400 packages at our dock that one of our facilities and my company is seriously thinking of dropping UPS completely. By the way, that is a $200 million account now going back to this store. I even have the contents and the order of the package and he refuses to give it. This guy is a nuisance ups needs to clean up their act completely!!! And they need to start with not directing packages to this store and change out this manager would be a great step in the right direction. Read moreVery bad attitude especially the female employee who is in middle age. I use this UPS very often because it is close, and their employees attitude is so so but not good for sure. Today, this female employee ( I guess it is the store manager) attitude is very very very bad and do not know how to respect and respond people. I return my packages and they told me that it charge $2 dollars to wrap up, and I ask them it is not making sense charge for extra if I mail it back for 2 package and none for separately. Then this female come and say if u don’t want to pay $2 and cancel with very bad attitude. She shows that she think i couldn’t pay $2 because i ask her why. After that, she talked to the mailman and say some people are not friendly. I just ask a question and then she complains some people are not friendly. I am not sure what is her purpose to saying this and right after I ask her a question. I feel very upset from this conversation and I will not recommend and come back to this shop....
Read moreThis is my favorite UPS Store branch. It’s my designated Access Point for deliveries, and they’re open basically everyday including Sundays, albeit limited hours. But still no other UPS Store does that. Very nice folks running the place.
Edit: I was just there earlier today 2/26/25 to pick up a package On Hold (via my UPS My Choice account). In spite of me showing Robert (owner) the UPS website proof via my smartphone, of the package had arrived on this day at 3:19 PM, he blatantly refuses to look for the package carefully. The Proof of Delivery on the UPS website shows that he even signed for it himself, from the UPS driver at that particular time. The man has no patience to look for it intently (whatever happened to true Customer Service). His irritated intonation of his voice, is not welcoming at all, and made me feel like I’m a nuisance to insist on picking up the package.
