Younger World Wellness Center — Attraction in San Gabriel

I went to get my lips done in April, the nurse said she was going to leave the numb cream on for 20 minutes and came back 1 hour and I half later because she was seeing other client. Unfortunately waiting wasn’t the bad thing, the numb cream burned the edge of my lips, at 1st i got an annoying and painful red stain that in some days it transformed into a dark spot even when I used sunscreen and took care of it properly. I reached out to the place the next day and days afterwards showing pictures and asking for help and they were really rude over instagram accusing me as responsible for the waiting time when the problem was that they left the numb cream on and not me waiting. The only thing they provided as a solution was to try to make me comeback which clearly wasn’t an option for me since the treatment started off sooo poorly and also I don't live in LA, I was in the east coast, information that I provided to them and still the only answer was "Come to a personal appointment", make that make sense....

They even charged me for the lips before doing the treatment, something that I find really rude considering that the normal is paying after you’re done.

Then they tried to push me to leave them a 5 start review with the promise of $50 off in the next treatment.

I came 5 minutes late to the appointment and they used that as an excuse when I showed the stain when it is completely unrelated, the problem wasn’t for me to wait was that they totally mishandle the waiting time for the numb cream, they left me by myself in a room for 1 hour and a half with the cream on the whole time, I was about to walk out when then the nurse finally came in and removed the cream using alcohol, reason why my skin was burned. The only time they came in to check on me was for charging when they didn’t even started with the procedure.

This place is UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and DANGEROUS in my opinion. I don’t recommend it at all.

I got a pimple injection at this place in October last year. The nurse was extremely unprofessional — I originally just had a small pimple, but they ended up causing a dent in my skin due to an improper injection of Kenalog. The dosage was likely incorrect. The clinic kept asking me to come back for treatment, and the only solution they offered was ResurFX. I tried one session, but it didn’t help at all. After consulting with other professionals, I found out that ResurFX is not effective for treating large depressed scars like this. The clinic has been completely irresponsible and refuses to offer any compensation. They just keep telling me to come back for treatment without providing a real or appropriate solution — it feels very careless and unprofessional. Since then, I’ve had to get fillers injected into the scar three times from other clinics just to make the dent less visible, but each time, the results only lasted about two weeks before it sank in again.
