KFC — Restaurant in San Gabriel

It's ok. Like ok-ok, not more. Sometimes it's great, the customer service makes me question going. The staff, for the most part, is rude. Not just rude, how are you in business rude.

Went to order the wings. Asked for 2 6-piece wings. Staff said (very strong Asian accent, minimal knowledge of English) "what, no". I said, "TWO, 6 piece wings". Staff "no no, I don't know". Me, "TWO orders of 6 piece wings". Loud mouth hispanic staff member "NO YOU ARE WRONG! DO NOT YELL AT MY STAFF, SHUT UP!". Me, "I wasn't yelling at your staff, she doesn't understand English". Hispanic woman, "YOU ARE YELLING! WHAT DO YOU WANT? TELL ME YOUR ORDER".

Me, "two 6 piece wings". Hispanic staff, "NO, WE DON'T HAVE 26 WINGS". Me, "let me go to the window"...Me at the window, "I want two separate orders of 6 piece wings". Hispanic woman, "16 piece wings?" Me, " two orders (hand gestures at this point" 6 piece wings". Male staff, "okay, 2 orders of 6 piece wings".

Now obviously wings aren't on the menu anymore, but you get my drift. They don't and can't listen. Last time, about 2 weeks ago, it was dry and hard. The staff couldn't hear me. Didn't add butter or honey even though I asked. And the prices are $2 more than other locations. I think I'm going to stick to New Ave or Pasadena...

Very very bad experience !!! Today I just pickup order .the lady said my order not ready wait 12 minutes but after 20 minutes my order still not ready .I ask about my order .then old woman and girl with glasses both screaming and yelling me in front other people.the said JUST WAIT .if ready I will put on rack with yelling on me .I was like oh my gosh what attitude ….I just asking can you guys check kitchen my order and they mad like crazy????the owner should now their attitude and fire them immediately if want business keep going so many bad reviews.I guess maybe they buy good reviews on google and Yelp.never ever comeback if both lady with glasses and old woman still there .never go to that scary place again and good luck for...

Walked in and of course the dining room off limits due to the pandemic. Young lady kindly greeted me. So I ordered the chicken littles combo meal for my Son Mike. The place was clean, just the young lady and a gentleman working the drive thru window. Not crowded at all. There was a gentleman leaving as I was ready to walk to the door, and just one person walking in as I was leaving. I don't know if it was a timing thing or what? Anyhow...moral of my story is, as in any place, timing is everything. So ...as I did, I went before the lunch hour to eliminate the wait. Happy days are here again!! Btw recommend this KFC In SG. One of the last ones...
