Kiddiebeans Indoor Party Center - San Jose — Attraction in San Jose

I arrived at the place and started to walk inside, there was no greeting there was an instant “take off your shoes” and I wasn’t even going into the play place. Then I started to help my friend set up and we put the regular white foldable chair down, then Helen immediately came in and interrupted and said “put the kid chair out, adults usually stand, and it’s a kid party”. Mind you it’s a small space and there’s not really any space to move around and I understand it’s a kids party but the way she said it was really rude. We are a hour into the party and Helen came out and interrupted and started vacuuming (again very rude). Then, she was helping serve the cake and my brother had spilt water on the floor and we asked her nicely “when you get a chance do you have a towel or napkins”, she then says “no” (again very rude) Around 7:00pm she then started to clean up everything while people were still eating and the party didn’t end until 7:30pm. Towards the end of the party Helen then decided to go up to my friend (the one paying for the party) and yelled at her that she had to clean up the balls that fell out the ball pit when in the message that Helen sent to the people paying for the party states that the staff will clean up. She then decided to push my friends grandma and my friend said “you just pushed my grandma” and then Hellen said “no I didn’t” and while she was saying that she then pushes my friend at the same time. Helen was very rude throughout the whole birthday party and this is not a good...

When we called her for our daughter’s birthday party, she told us come and see during weekend. We came and overall liked it but the time we wanted was already booked. She told us to take 4:30pm to 6:30pm on a Sunday. We said fine. So we made the payment in Venmo. Four days before the party, we called just to check if we can come somewhat earlier. We were told that we did not make any reservation and someone else has reserved that time already. Surprise! Surprise! We showed the Venmo receipt. Then she realized and apologized, told us if we can come on Friday, two days earlier at the same time. That was not possible for us. It was couple of hours of panic for us as we had everything arranged. Luckily we found a Pump It Up on Saturday instead of Sunday, personally contacted all guests about the change, rearranged our orders and everything. I don’t know what happened with the owner. It was a disaster management for us. At the end we felt as if she did not want us have the party there, not professional at all. I hope she realizes and does a better job...

Great space for kids to play. Kids loved playing in it. Helen helped in setup and was mostly nice about helping in setup and arranging things. Here is the reason why I can't give it a 5 star, when we saw the place before booking, Helen gave us the impression that we will have the place for 2 hours. However it turns out the 2 hours include setup and cleanup!! Assuming 15 mins for each, essentially just 1:30 hrs. Not what we had in mind while booking. So please be mindful do not book less than 3 hours! Second reason she was constantly coming in between and asking when will you cut cake, when will you finish meals. I told her we will cut the cake at 4 and will end the party accordingly(we had till 4:30 and we were out at 4:35 with all cleanup). At 3:55 she comes and asks again. It was basically unnecessary stressful for continuous badgering of time. I understand you have to keep to a schedule but then keep enough buffer in that case. Our guests were super conscious due to this and everyone left even before end time...
