Mandir Shreemaya Krishnadham — Attraction in San Jose

Utter mismanagement at the Holi event, they need to rsvp/advance booking so they know how many people would turn up and start early or perhaps do on multiple days/multiple holi so they can distribute people and do a better job at managing the event. No management for people with kids and everyone was in the queue for more than 1.5 hours in freaking cold.

The management should know that they are the only temple that does holi and they advertise like crazy but still not able to manage year after year. Last year was crazy too so we went late this year and it was way worse this time.

Chaos everywhere and too cold. Additionally I have seen the same faces in every event and they don’t take new volunteers and its all politics in the management, only core committee folks and their friends/relatives are allowed to be involved and no outside help is taken resulting in utter mismanagement and chaos. This is a Hindu mandir (temple) of the Vaishnava sect. The building used to belong to the BAPS Swaminarayan Hindu sect of Hinduism, but they moved to a different location.
