Five Guys — Restaurant in San Jose

Pretty good food, but awful service. I ordered a burger and fries through a mobile application. Estimated time was 7 minutes. I arrived to Five Guys and waited near Peak Up area. After 25 minutes of waiting I was asked about order. I told that I'm waiting my order and asked why is it so long. Manager of Five Guys told that it was my mistake that I didn't notify them when I arrived! He told that it's a rule and they are starting an order preparation only after notification. But mobile app didn't show me that I should do that. Also any signs/labels about this rule are missing in restaurant too. So why is it my mistake? After that I waited 12 minutes more however an original estimation time was 7 minutes. In general I have spent 44 minutes (7+25+12) for my order:( One more interesting thing - mobile application showed that my order is completed on 7 minutes, but I waited 44 minutes. I don't recommend Five Guys if you would like to get a nice service...

This is fd up I went to apply instead of telling me i couldn’t be hired the manager sends me to another five guys I go over there they tell me I can’t be hired by telling me to go to another five guys to see if the manager over there trains me or something look I’m dumb or just don’t give a f but I just say things straight up when they say go over there waste of time fing dumb these people now a days and there gay as well where are the straight people I got a bad reference from the previous five guys I used to work in they were fd up too one asking for help when they talk sh*t like help yourself I even said they were bad employees that’s why I gave attitude the manager over there said I was doing a good job but the manager smelled...

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I requested the works and onions on the burger. The cashier asked if I had wanted raw onions or cooked onions, and I said that I'd like the raw onions. After I paid, I immediately looked at the receipt, and saw that it did not say that the burger had the works on it. I asked the cashier, "Hey, this burger has the works on it, right?" And he said, yeah, it does.

Because I got the burger for takeout, I only noticed that the burger did not have the works on it once I got home. As a result, the burger was completely bland, except for the cheese, bacon, and onions. I usually love the fried mushrooms they have...
