Update: been coming here for a year and love it! Lily is my regular masseuse and took wonderful care of me for my prenatal and postnatal massages. My husband has worked with Ming, Taha, and other male massage therapists who have all been fantastic.

Highly highly recommend!

To begin, I have been waiting to have a massage for over a year and this was a great place to come to for one.

We booked a couple massage as we were gifted Groupon deals for the swedish deep tissue massage. We got there promptly before they opened at 10am, and by the time we were escorted into our room and changed for the massage, it was 10:05am (as seen in the picture). It probably took another couple minutes for the masseuses to arrive.

I had Sara, and my husband had the male masseuse (my husband thinks it was Tan, but doesn't remember exactly) and they were great. They told us we had 60 minutes for the massage, but I checked the time when it ended and it was exactly 11am. So definitely felt the massage was cut short by a few minutes.

However, pressure was great, masseuse techniques and knowledge were great. Kind, considerate, thorough, and did lots of stretches and counter stretches which I've never had done before. Also, the facility was very nicely done up.

Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

They're open from 10-930pm. The last massage is as 830pm which I was surprised to hear, because I thought that was so late! They do take walk-ins but can't guarantee you'll have a spot, so they recommend booking 1-2 days in advance, especially for weekend and/or couple time slots.

Booking the massage appointment was easy through their website. When I arrived to my appointment, I was greeted by the receptionist who quickly lead me to my room. A lady who I assumed was going to be my therapists brought me some warm water right afterwards before I even had a chance to undress. The facilities were nicely decorated and seemed very clean. My appointment was for 12:30 pm, and I had booked an appointment with Evon based on all the reviews.

However, I waited for 30 minutes in the room and no one ever came to give me a massage or tell me they were running late. I finally got dressed again, and went out to talk to the receptionist. She acted like she had forgotten about me and quickly lead me back to the room where she told me Laura would be coming in to give me a massage but she was running late because her current client was complaining. This was not reassuring. This was also confusing since I had booked an appointment with Evon.

Laura came in to give me a massage 30 minutes after my initial appointment time. She was kind, but the massage was so light I felt she was only massaging my skin. She spent maybe 10 minutes on my back, and most of the time on my legs. I had to request she spend more time on my back, which is why I was there.

At no point, did anyone apologize for making me wait an extra 30 minutes or the change in therapist. I will not be...

A few weeks ago i made an appointment here after reading all the good reviews it had i got a couple massage they give you the option if you want to get massaged by a male of female i chose 2 females i had my appointment at 12:00pm i get there at 11:30am and the lady tells me the sistem had my appointment at 12:30 to come back in an hour i show her my confirmation email that said it was at 12:00 she then tells me she can take me in to give her a few minutes, i notice she was talking to a male so i tell her i had specifically asked for 2 females she said thats all they had available so what is the point of having a website that allows you to make your appointment if when you get there they tell you their systems says something else.
